   Summary

   Desperate times call for desperate measures.

   Peeta needs to save Katniss. Snow needs to quash a rebellion.
   So when Peeta announces to Panem that Katniss is pregnant, it’s a perfect opportunity. Katniss and Peeta are exempt from the Quarter Quell on the condition that they swear their allegiance to the Capital. There’s only one problem.
