Summary
From the stories you heard when you were alive, being in hell sounded like, well, hell! Flaming brimstone and screaming sinners. It was a shock arriving in hell and finding out it's kind of just a glorified, or 'evil' earth. Depending on what district you work in, your life can be extremely different. Lucky for you, spawning in the entertainment district, meaning you kind of had to work under the Vees.
The Vee's, while tyrants, didn't demand workers make dangerous weaponry, fight to the death, force them to eat human remains or whatever it is other overlords do with their soul contracts. The Vees almost employ a sense of normalcy in Vee tower, almost.
It would likely be more normal if one of The Vees didn't go on a killing spree every time something didn't go his way.
But you can deal with it, crazy people existed on earth too.
Working a dead-end job creating outfits may seem miserable, but when the other options are sex work or being fed to sharks, it becomes an easy choice.
