   Summary

   Richard Wheatley, a name Elliot thought had drowned alongside its owner in the bottom of the Hudson River has come back to haunt him in the worst way. He should have known that taking Wheatley down couldn't have been as easy as it seemed, and he knew he shouldn't have let his guard down.
