They love her. They love her! They are so lucky to love her! They, the ones who walk among immortals, protectors of all life on Artemis’s green Earth, the fawns and the lotus flowers in ponds and the snails that tumble down waterfalls. And tonight, they gather, bathing in this secluded spring, to celebrate.
They whisper among each other as they bathe. There are families, powerful, some of which are the ones they come from; some cultists are highborn, others bear names of no renown. Some were lonely women, some were socialized as prim perfect princesses. Among them every kind of woman is represented: short, tall, light-haired and dark-haired, with curls and long straight hair and short wispy whispering winds on their heads.
