Work Text:
Harry had been keeping his flame sword on him, ready. He would wait for when that menace would show up.
The one he knew had to do with him getting kicked out of Horizon. Peter was wrong about the guy, he wasn't good, he wasn't a hero. Peter would see and be happy Harry got rid of the spider.
Harry smiled thinking of Peter, his best friend. Peter would understand, he always did. He saw him as much more than the Osborn name.
Peter felt like the only true friend Harry had. He loved Peter so very much.

Harry's hair was strewn, his clothes tattered.
He hated Spider-Man so very much.
He had found the menace and engaged in a fight with him. The spider kept trying to say he was his friend.
"Liar!" Harry shouted back, his blood boiling.
He'd take off that mask and find out who caused him all this pain. The spider was his one true enemy. And so he kept fighting. That menace wouldn't be able to convince him of anything.
Harry knew better than to trust him, he was trying to get his defenses down, he wouldn't let him.
"Please Harry, I don't want to fight! I swear I had nothing to do with you getting kicked out of Horizon. I'm your friend." Spider-Man pleaded as Harry thrust his sword for another strike.
Harry rolled his eyes. "The only friend I have is Peter Parker! The one you've been trying to turn against me. He talks about how good you are but I know the truth. You're no hero at all!"
Harry rushed him again when Spider-Man shot a web at his sword and threw it across the room. That didn't stop Harry.
He punched and flailed. He wouldn't stop fighting. He hated Spider-Man and nothing could ever change that.
He rushed him again and grabbed Spider-Man by the throat. Harry ripped his mask off to find, "Pete, you're.."
He couldn't finish his sentence. Peter, his best friend was Spider-Man. The one he constantly fought because of his anger at getting temporarily kicked from Horizon. Because of the pushing of his father. To prove a point to said best friend.
Harry let go of his neck. Peter just stayed their as wide eyed as Harry. Harry hugged him and sobbed into his chest. Just sobbed his heart out.
"Pete.. I tried to kill you. I tried to kill you! How could I do that? And you never told me either! All those times, you never told me!" Harry didn't know how to feel and Peter stayed silent.
Harry buried his head into Peter's neck and Peter held him.
Harry loved Peter, Spider-Man so very much.
Nothing could change that, even this lingering anger he felt.
Harry looked up at the boy he felt so strongly for. Peter was also blubbering at this point. Harry smiled at him and couldn't help but kiss him. He held onto Peter.
"Well that was unexpected." Peter let out after the brief kiss. He smiled back down at Harry who was still curled up in his chest. Peter was always able to easily comfort Harry.
Things between them weren't okay to say the least. But they'd work through it. They knew they would. Because they love each other very deeply.

Peter had been out on patrol and nothing was going on. That's when he spotted his lovely boyfriend Harry near an alleyway.
He used a web to lower himself down. His body upside down as he did this. Harry spotted him and smiled.
Harry started to pull off Peter's mask when Peter whisper shrieked. "Har, people are around." Harry rolled his eyes and only pulled it up to his nose. Harry then kissed Peter.
To think, not too long ago Harry hated Spider-Man. Now he was kissing him.
To think, not too long ago Peter Parker was Harry's best friend. Now Harry was dating him.
