   Summary

   Kaladin speaks the ancient oaths to protect his fellow slaves while travelling to the Shattered Plains. Looking to him as their new leader, Kaladin has to guide them to safety and their freedom only to instead cross paths with two shipwrecked lighteyed women. Ones who are desperate to get to the Shattered Plains to prevent the encroaching desolation. Kaladin just wishes they would storm off.
