“i’m home!” Hao opens the door to their shared dorm, after a long day he finally wraps up his schedules and went straight home. He looks at the clock hanging on the wall and it shows that it’s currently 10:37 pm.
The dorm is quiet, he assumes that Hanbin hasn’t came back from his own schedules, and Gyuvin… Hao should check where the younger boy is.
He closes the door then takes off his shoes, tidying it with their other line of shoes that is placed neatly.
Hao then heard tiny footsteps and jingles coming closer and closer, he excitedly turns when he knows he will be greeted by (one of) his most favorite thing in the world right now.
“hey baby how was your day?”
Hao immediately hugged and blew kissy faces to his puppy, well, his and Hanbin’s puppy to be exact.
Samsam, the cute little husky is Hao and Hanbin’s best decision ever made. None of their fans know about Samsam because obviously they’re trying their best to keep the puppy a secret even though he gives out tiny hints sometimes.
“you must’ve missed baba alot hm? i miss you too baby i’m sorry i came home late”
Hold on, Samsam shouldn’t be alone here, why is there no one babysitting him? Did Gyuvin went out without telling him or bringing Samsam with him? oh he’s killing Gyuvin for abandoning his baby like this.
“come baby let’s give you some treats yeah? you must’ve been hungry and lonely”
While trying to walk to the kitchen, Hao noticed how the door to Gyuvin’s room is opened, not much but probably enough for Samsam to run out through.
So he curiously checked if there’s anyone inside, he’s relieved when it turns out Gyuvin didn’t abandon his baby alone, but he’s just in a very very deep slumber. He probably fell asleep while waiting for Hao to get home.
Samsam’s dog toys, treats and food bowls are scattered around the floor, it looks like a disaster, Hao can’t hold his cuckle after seeing the rooms condition, well at least Gyuvin did his job right. He slowly closed the door so he won’t make a sound that could wake the sleeping boy.
Hao then turned his attention back to the husky that’s looking at him from below, wiggling his tail while waiting for his beloved baba.
“since you have been fed well, baba will go wash up a bit then we can go to sleep okay?”
After taking a hot shower for 30 minutes, he quickly put on his pajamas and do his nightly skincare routine.
When he’s finished with everything Hao fell right to his bed, feeling his soft pillow under his head and the warmth of his bed surrounding him.
He heard rustling sounds when Samsam jumped on to the bed and feels more warmth covering him while the husky lied on top of his chest.
Hao is more than relaxed, the fluffy blankets, the pillow keeping his head comfortable and Samsam on him, everything is so perfect. He almost fell asleep but then his door suddenly opened.
“oh, sorry, did i wake you up?”
He opened his eyes to see Hanbin, he can’t clearly see him since he already switched off the lights but he knew that Hanbin is still in the jacket he saw earlier this morning before they left to do their schedules seperately.
“hm.. just came back?”
He can see Hanbin’s tiny smile, the younger boy is now right beside his bed.
“yeah, urgent meeting with the director”
“i should tell him to stop nagging you”
Hanbin only laughs at that, “hi Samsamie, did you miss me?” Hao hears him say while watching the other softly stroke Samsam’s small body.
Hao doesn’t really remember, he’s really sleepy and tired, he was sure he’s asleep at some point but got woken up again after feeling the bed had sunked by another weight.
This time Hao opened his eyes to see Hanbin already in his sleeping attire (no shirt and just some shorts) positioning himself to sleep behind Hao.
He could only hum when he feels Hanbin’s hand curling around his waist, spooning him in a cuddle from behind.
Hao turned his head to Hanbin, who’s smiling so widely at him “hi, did i wake you up again?”
“yeah, you did”
Hanbin chuckles, Hao feels the hand that was hugging him now caressing the side of his head.
“how was your day?”
“mm very tiring, but the photoshoots turned out great so i’m happy about it, how about yours?”
“it was very boring”
Hanbin continued on telling Hao about the long meetings he had to attend today. Starting from explaining about their group schedules for the next month to how the director kindly treated him a nice meal and an ice cream from a vending machine.
“oh! i found this restaurant on the way back and i thought that we should give it a try since we have a day off tomorrow”
Hao thinks, “hmm but i really want to go to that hotpot place i sent you”
“come on we should try out something new, we’ve been eating hotpots for dates lately”
“pleaseee” even if the rooms dark, Hao still tries his best to show his ‘unresistable puppy eyes’ to his boyfriend.
“Hao, you’d love it, trust me”
Hao slumped in defeat, “fine whatever”
He turned so his back is facing hanbin again and hugged Samsam as if he’s a plushie (he’s actually pretending to sulk).
“i swear you’ll love it!”
“i’ll agree if you’ll buy me a box of durian after”
“then it’s a date!” Hanbin seems very determined about this that Hao couldn’t help but smile because he finds the other so cute.
It has been quite a while since their last date. They’ve been so busy with both group schedules and individual ones that they can’t plan a date that easily.
But at least they can spend their time cuddling after a tiring day of work, giving each other comfort and energy after having to use it all day. He loves the way that they can still spend time together even when they’re busy.
He snapped out of his thoughts when he felt Hanbin’s lips giving a peck on his cheek, “sweet dreams babe, i love you”
They fell asleep in each others arms like they always do.
When morning came Hao woke up facing Hanbin who’s still sleeping, along with Samsam that is snuggled right in between them.
He loves this. He loves it when he wakes up to Hanbin right beside him, He loves it when they hug and kiss eachother to sleep everynight, especially when Samsam is there with them, it always effortlessly warms his heart.
The sunlight peeking through his curtains hits some of Hanbin’s naturally flushed cheeks, Hao gladly admires the view he’s seeing.
The way Hanbin closes his eyes makes his long lashes easily visible, his soft breathing that hao can feel the warmth of, his slightly furrowed brows showing that he’s still in dreamland, oh Hao hopes the other is dreaming about him.
Hanbin is too perfect that sometimes Hao is scared that he made Hanbin up in his head.
Clearly Hao is so in love with the boy that is peacefully sleeping right infront of him.
And he really loves this feeling.
He loves being in love with Hanbin, and he loves how Hanbin is equally in love with him too, he wants to feel this forever.
And he will never trade what he has now for anything else.

Getting chosen as the leader of an upcoming kpop group wasn’t on Hao’s 2026 bucket list.
Hao has to do it either way.
Good thing he has Hanbin with him.
After their final encore day, they have been completely seperated since they have zero schedules to spend with eachother.
Either way they can still meet up. Especially with Samsam as their ‘son’. They took turns on taking care of their puppy every once in a while, though most of the time he was with Hao since Hanbin has a tighter schedule.
Even when they’ve moved out of their old dorms, Both Hanbin and Hao went to eachothers new places very often.
Just like now, They’re in Hao and Yujin’s shared dorm, feeding eachother a bowl of greek yogurt.
“last scoop hyung”
“you can have it”
“you sure?”
“yeah just eat it”
“but i want you to have it”

“nah come on, say ahh”
“Hanbin”
Hao pretended like he was going to punch the other and Hanbin only laughs at him, but in the end he took the spoon to his own mouth to eat the final scoop.
He then Hugged Hao and aimed to whisper an amount of ‘i love yous’ right on his left ear while Hao giggles on how he can feel the younger’s breath tickling him.
“i love you more”
“no i love more”

“i love you a thousand times more”

“ALRIGHT WE GET IT YOU LOVE EACHOTHER”
The one interupting them was Gyuvin who’s all the way in Yujin’s room playing with (babysitting) Samsam. They both laughed hardly at that, to be fair Hao and Hanbin are in the living room not even trying to be quiet.
This time they were cut off by Hanbin’s ringtone, The owner quickly answered his phone and Hao knew something came up just by looking at his expression.
“ah i have to go” Hanbin got up and put on his hoodie that was lying beside them.
“what? so suddenly?”
Hanbin smiled “recording, i totally forgot about that haha”
“but-“ Hao stopped himself and Hanbin noticed that a pout is starting to form on Hao’s lips “nevermind, you should go”
“i can… talk this out with the manager?”
The older pecked his cheeks “what is wrong with you, go!”
“but Hao-“
“go!” Turns out pushing Hanbin isn’t as easy as he thought.
“okay okay, call you later?”
“go hanbin!”
Hao shuts the door and his smile immediately fades away, there goes their dinner plans.
No he can’t be upset! He is slowly accepting the fact that they’re now in different groups so they can’t have their dates during work anymore.
Darn it, now he misses those moments so much he pouts his lips even more just from thinking about it.
Well, guess he can sleep early today.

Instead of responding to Hanbin’s text, he opened pluschat and when he realized that it was the same exact picture of daisies that the younger had sent him a minute ago, his heart warmed a bit, scrath that, he feels thousands of butterflies flapping around his stomach.

Hao said that over and over again trying to remember it as if Hanbin didn’t plastered it on his mind since years ago. Darn his stupid gemini boyfriend for being a huge words of affirmation man.
Oh how perfect it feels to be inlove with Sung Hanbin.
Imagine still being in the honeymoon phase after 2 years of dating. Like yes they both love eachother so much that it annoys everyone around them.
And Hao wishes that they’ll be stuck there forever.

Dance practice just finished and Hao’s now walking back to the dorm with Yujin, he wonders how little Samsamie is doing alone.
They have re-debuted today. After months of doubts, tears, practices and recordings, Hao alongside Yujin, Gyuvin, Ricky and Seungeon officially debuted under their new group And2ble.
He honestly can’t wait for tomorrow, not only is it their first day of promotions but Hao can also meet his boyfriend at mcountdown tomorrow, how exciting!
Hanbin has been really busy, Zerobaseone had started their promotions a week earlier and of course because of the comeback the younger can’t walk 10 minutes to Hao’s house even if he wanted to.
So by the fact that both their promotion schedules are clashing, they use every chance they get to spend a single second together.
And that’s exactly what they did.
Hugging each other on stage when Zerobaseone won first place, spending time in their shared waiting rooms, having a double date at the cafeteria with Jiwoong and Taerae, ordering food under Hanbin’s name after stealing his coffee.
God Hao misses the old times.
Hao missed him so much.
They immediately set a date to go out after their promotions ended.
Nothing can stop these two lovebirds from seeing eachother, ever!
Not even their completely different schedules.

“i’m fine Yujin-ah, just a bit tired”
“are you sure hyung? cause you look like a zombie in your body”
Hao chuckled “yeah, maybe”
“i’m serious hyung, you seem pretty sad these days”
“what did Hanbin hyung do this time?”
”nothing, he’s just, really busy right now”
Honestly Yujin wasn’t the only one who noticed Hao’s change in character. These days all four of the younger boys would secretly talk about their Hao hyung and how he’s been acting lately.
He’s still the Hao they’d known everyday but something about him is… off ;
1. During practice Hao would be quieter than usual.
2. He also didn’t laugh at any of Seungeon’s jokes, he visibly pouts and they knew that they shouldn’t bother his moods.
3. Whenever Hao was left alone he’d have that sad expression in his eyes, zoning out most of the time.
4. Ricky had asked him what was wrong but ‘i just miss Hanbin so much’ was the only word he came out of him.
“let’s go out to eat hyung, my treat this time!”
Well Hao obviously can’t refuse, as tired as he is now, he can’t just say no to Seungeon especially after he begged him with his stupid puppy eyes.
“just.. let me wash up for a bit”
Finishing the last day of their first show concert as And2ble felt like a part of his worries finally flew away, it was a success and Hao can relax now, all that hard work paid off.
He came home to Samsam waiting for him on the living room sofa, the puppy barked once and followed Hao to his room.
He was in the middle of rubbing Samsam’s belly when he heard a spam of notifications coming from his phone, he grabbed it quickly because he knows exactly who it was since he has a specialized ringtone set for this person.

Ah that is true, Hao had been on a diet before preparing for his redebut.
At first he planned it, then he got too busy to eat proper meals, now he just doesn’t want to eat anything.
He has no idea why, he was always a number one food enthusiast but now he doesn’t find it appetizing, he propably won’t eat anything if Gyuvin didn’t (forcefully) feed him meals in between breaks.
It’s probably why Seungeon asked to eat out with him earlier.
It’s concerning, really, everyone around him had noticed how his once chubby cheeks is now showcasing his high cheek bones, even the fans noticed and showed their concerns over it.
Hao doesn’t really care, he feels too empty to do anything, but everything around him just forces him to.

That morning Hao woke up feeling alive after a while.
He just remembered that the show concert is over, which means he has freetime, and what does freetime mean?
Yes, a full day to spend with his amazing boyfriend!
Hao can’t sleep at all last night, he’s far too excited for today.
A part of him wishes that Hanbin could spent the night here just as he hoped but he’s going to see him soon, so he doesn’t really mind.
He misses Hanbin so much he’s going to blow up if he can’t see him for another day!
He misses him even more everytime a fan of them ask questions specifically about Hanbin, even their fans want them to finally have their date!
The last time they saw each other was… the last day of Zerobaseone’s comeback promotions, and that was weeks ago.
They did plan a date after that but it kept getting canceled, Hao is still busy with week two promotions and preparing for his concert while hanbin has his own list of schedules.
‘Hambinah im sorry but i think i cant go, is that okay?’
One time Hao had to cancel because of extended dance practices, and the other time Hanbin had to cancel because of an urgent meeting.
‘i have a meeting soon Hao, can we reschedule? im really sorry’
It just kept happening and happening till he lost count.
Sometimes when they get too busy to even visit each others places, they’d still communicate by starting a call and just spend hours talking to eachother about their day, however these days their longest call would only last for 15 minutes before one of them has to end it to get back to work.
Either way, Hanbin understands, Hao does too.
They understand each other more than anyone else.
But Hao can’t help but feel a wave of sadness piling up from within him.
He just really really missed his Hanbin. The way all he could think about is his sweet and loving Hanbin when he has his own pack of schedules.
But this time, this time will be it! Hao can feel it in his bones! He and Hanbin will successfully have their long-awaited romantic date in a few hours!

“dang hyung you look nice!” Seungeon complimented Hao the second he stepped out of his room.
Hao knows well not to use fancy outfits for dates since it will obviously attract the fans and other people so he only put on a stylish hoodie and his favorite jeans, though he can still do his makeup and style his hair just for the occasion.
Seungeon, Ricky, Gyuvin are all here in his dorm with Yujin. He told all of them to babysit Samsam while he’s out with Hanbin, obviously the boys are more than happy to look after the cute husky.
The boys noticed that Hao had gotten more energetic, he’s finally back to normal! Of course Hao is the most alive he’s ever been when he’s with the love of his life. Crazy how Sung Hanbin has his own powers over their beloved Hao hyung.
Hao is still busy touching up his hair and makeup, he needs to make sure everything is perfect even though he’s going to use a mask over his face later.
He hears his phone buzzing, ah it’s probably from Hanbin! Hao can imagine his boyfriend already on his way to pick him up with a rented car like he always does.
Hao picks up his phone to see the messages, he’s definitely going to send a selfie to Hanbin and-

He doesn’t like this feeling at all.
The feeling where all the sadness he piled down finally explodes, making his eyes burn threatening to push a tear out, his lips are already shaking.
The younger boys noticed and quickly got up to approach Hao.
“hyung? what’s wrong?”
“did something happen hyung?”
“hyung are you okay? is everything alright?!”
Hao can’t even tell who said what, he fell to his knees and just… cries.
The others follows him down. Judging by the timing they already had a clue on what happend.
Gyuvin was the first one to hug Hao, it was always his way of giving comfort.
Hao felt comforting strokes along his back and head, he can’t help but cry more, he wishes it was Hanbin comforting him like this.
He misses the warmth of Hanbin’s hands against his own.
He misses the hugs he would get everytime he came back home all tired.
Why does it have to come this way, Hao wondered.
“its just- i just want to see him.. thats all i ask but why is it so hard-”
Hao ends up spending the day under the comfort of his younger members.

“i… thought you were busy?”
“just checking on you, how was your day?”

The call fell silent for a bit, maybe it was Hanbin’s guilt of canceling the date earlier, Hao wouldn’t know.
But Hao doesn’t want Hanbin to feel guilty so he changed the topic.
“i walked Samsam with Ricky though, at first the kids fought over who i should take with me, but i ended up picking Ricky because Samsamie likes him more, did you know that fluffball’s been ignoring me”
It was silent again, Hao didn’t know what to talk about anymore, honestly he had just finished crying a few hours ago and now he’s in a call with Hanbin, the reason he cried earlier.
“i’m really sorry for canceling hyung, i knew how excited you were yesterday”
“it’s fine Hanbin, i… i told you i understand….”
“you can’t keep saying that hyung”
“what else can i do about it? it’s your schedule, your work. its much more important”
He said that as if…
As if he’s saying that their work is much more important than their relationship right now.
“i know but” Hanbin took a deep breath then continued “to me nothing is more important than you, so please don’t say it like that”
“i know that the universe hasn’t been on our side lately but i promise, i’ll try my best to comeback to you as soon as possible, okay? i’m always here hao”
“but you aren’t”
“what?”
“you say that yet you’re not here right now, so what’s the point”
“Hao, i’m really trying my best right now, you already know how they like to randomly start meetings, it’s out of my control!“
“you’re not! If you wanted to you’d already-“
“did i complain when you canceled last time? yes i was disapointed but i didnt say a word because i knew you couldnt do anything about it”
“wow are you mad because i complained about this once? ive always say that i ‘understand’ and now because i snapped out its suddenly on me?”
“No one said that, Hao, i know youre tired and im only saying that i can get tired too”
“so youre basically saying that im not allowed to get mad at you because you couldn’t come to see me?”
Hao can tell Hanbin is talking through clenched teeth “that’s not what i meant. i get that youre mad but what did you expect me to do? show up at your house at midnight??? i don’t have time to-“
“WELL I DID!”
Hao realized that he just raised his voice at Hanbin, it just… got out of Hao, But he kept going.
“did you forget that i went to your place at midnight not once but multiple times??? i ran all the way right after practice even though i have another schedule that morning! i kept getting calls and shit but i did it anyways and do you wanna know why? because i actually wanted to see you and now it feels like im the only one who actually does give a fuck about our relationship!!”
Boy has it been a while since they had a fight, now Hao actually felt like they’re a real couple.
“hao i-“
Before Hanbin could even finish his sentence, another voice was heard through the call.
“Hanbin hyung the managers calling you”
“i.. i have to go..”
It was ridiculous it made Hao huffed “of course you do”
Hao ended the call immediately, the 5 minute duration staring at Hao like it’s mocking him.
He was aware that he’s been crying the whole time but chooses to ignore it, he turns off his phone before putting it on his bedside table and just…. sleeps.
He’s exhausted, earlier it was from his own thoughts and now it’s whatever this is.

“wait were you on call?” Matthew could’ve sworn that he heard Hanbin talking to his phone earlier.
“yeah i was just.. checking on Hao”
“ah right, didn’t you have that date with him?”
“canceled it, again” he shrugs.
“dude..”
Hanbin sighed “we got in a fight… i guess” he recalled how Hao sounded during their five minute call, How he was sniffling after raising his voice.
“he was really pissed and… ”
“i made him cry, matthew-ah”
He slumped to the chair he was sitting on like he’s trying to melt into it.
Matthew came closer to him, noticing that his hyung is about to cry so he just listened to Hanbin’s repetitive rambling of : ‘im so stupid’ ‘whats wrong with me’ and ‘im the worst boyfriend ever, Hao deserves someone better’
“hyung, Hao only said that because he just misses you, not because you treated him like shit. like he has a lot going on right now and he was probably looking forward to relax with you then… well you know how it ends..”
“i miss him” matthew heard Hanbin’s sniffles “what if he never wants to see me again”
“i promise you hyung that’s the last thing Hao hyung wants right now, heck, he doesnt even want that!”
“look, our schedules isn’t something we could control, though i sometimes wonder why you take most of the work”
He turns to Matthew “i’m a leader”
“no at this point youre a workaholic”
Hao says that to him a thousand times.
“look, hyung, i know what you’re going through isn’t easy, especially considering the fact that you’ve basically been attached to eachother for years” The younger boy seems to think about what he was going to say “but i’ve seen you two.. how you two love eachother and i think you can easily go through this”
He knows that Hanbin is hesitating, not sure on what to do next.
“i don’t know i haven’t heard him this… devastated before..”
“trust me hyung, Hao hyung would fold the second he sees you again, that’s your rizz ey?” They both chuckle on that comment, well that atleast boosts up Hanbin’s ego by 20%.
After some time, Hanbin got up and went to the manager that was calling for him earlier.
He has one goal on his mind.
“manager-nim”
“i was wondering if we have any schedules tomorrow”

Hao opens his eyes, the first thing he does is checking the clock on his phone -10.59- oh he really did fell asleep.
Staring at the ceiling just reminds him of the fact that he just got in a fight with Hanbin. This was their first fight after being in seperate groups, he doesn’t remember but the last time they fought was probably almost a year ago.
Don’t get him wrong, it wasn’t meant to turn into a fight, Hao just suddenly burst up all his emotions and he regrets it now.
He just felt really drained, and with Hanbin actually being by his side could really ease him out.
Now that he thought about it, maybe it was because of the fact that he’s always been spoiled by all of Hanbin’s attention everyday that he took him for granted.
Though Hanbin does look fine without him.
What if he was the only one who needed Hanbin.
“Hanbin definitely hates me now” Hao mumbles himself.
His stomach feels uncomfortable, he hasn’t eaten all day, he was supposed to go out with Hanbin and have a very romantic lunch at their favorite meat restaurant but it seems like the world has other plans.
And that other plan was reminding Hao that he’s lonely that he’d just order takeout.
So he does exactly that, opening the app to order from a fastfood restaurant since it’s the only place that’s still open at 11 pm.
If he were to be honest, he doesn’t really have the appetite to eat, but he’d rather get something in his stomach than to feel life torturing stomachaches tomorrow.
When he got a notification saying that his food is almost there, he got out of bed with 0% energy, he was mostly dragging his legs in order to get out of his room.
Yujin is probably asleep by now, so he’s trying his best not to make a single sound.
On his way to the living room, he saw his dear Samsamie running around everywhere back and forth that it’s annoying to watch, and in his current mood Hao doesn’t want to deal with it.
“aegi-ah, what do you want hmm?”
The puppy stared straight at Hao, looking at him for a few seconds before growling at his baba.
“did you just growl?”
“are you angry at me? i’m sorry baby”
When Hao kneeled to pet his puppy, it turned his back on him and started stomping his tiny feet to Hao’s room.
Hao lets out a deep sigh. Great, now his child hates him too, probably because Hao kept ignoring the puppy for days now.
To be fair he was busy, considering the fact that his moods aren’t in it’s best conditions lately, so most of the time Yujin and the others would take care of Samsam.
The doorbell rang and he quickly got up to get it.
But he opened the door to something…. he least expected to see.
More like someone he least expects to show up at his frontdoor right now.
Hanbin is standing right infront of him, in a dark grey hoodie with glasses that he knows are there just for decoration, one hand holding a plastic bag that’s probably filled with Hao’s delivery order, and the other holding… a bouqet of fresh beautiful red roses.
He’d think that the bouqet is there only to distract him from the fact that Hanbin looks tired by the dark circles under his eyes, clearly out of breath with forehead covered in sweat and red rosy cheeks so visible.
He must’ve ran all the way here after his schedule.
“hi” Hanbin gives him a soft smile that he’s so familiar with, and just like that tears are starting to pool in his eyes.
“before you say anything i just wanted to say… i’m really sorry.. i swear to god i missed you everyday, every hour, and every single second you have no idea Hao! i never thought about going here because i wanted you to rest since i knew how hard you’ve been working these days and i didn’t want to disturb you-“
Hanbin stopped talking when Hao suddenly pulled him in and wrapped his arms around the other.
Hao started crying and Hanbin immediately dropped both the roses and food in his hand to hug his Hao back.
“hey hey shhh, im sorry, im so so sorry, please don’t cry, i know im an asshole, i’m sorry” he rubs Hao’s head while he whispers such sweet words right to his ear.
Hao hugs Hanbin so tightly like his life depends on it, he hides his head in Hanbin’s shoulder using it as if that is his pillow he’s been crying on lately.
“i miss you”
“i miss you more baby, i came here as soon as i finished, i really wanted to see you”
He hates it, He hates the fact that they live 10 minutes away from eachother and have to work in completely different places now, He wants it back the way it was before.
Hao suddenly remembered what Hanbin said earlier.
‘did i complain when you canceled last time? yes i was disapointed but i didnt say a word because i knew you couldnt do anything about it’
‘i know youre tired and im only saying that i can get tired too’
That somehow gave Hao, alot of thoughts.
Thoughts that he’s afraid to say, but he knows he has to so it won’t hurt the both of them anymore.
“Hanbin”
“hmm?”
“i’m scared, what if we.. what if this doesn’t work..”
“what do you mean?”
When he met eyes with Hanbin, He lost the strength to say it.
“this arrangement” he continued “i know it’s probably because we’ve always together everyday for the past 3 years but this is just hard… not only for me but for you too… we have so much happening on our own and i’ve been thinking that… if this keeps happening and if we’d fight about this again we might-”
“i promise you that wont happen, i’ll never allow it-”
“im scared! im scared that well get used to whatever this is and- and youll realize that you wont need me anymore-“
“Hao, i dated you because i actually loved you, because if we stayed friends i’d actually blow myself up! not because of the fact that we were in the same group. i knew i love you from the moment you opened that laundry room door, and if you think that we should break up because we cant handle a long distance relationship then im sorry but ill never forgive you for that.”
More tears rolled down Hao’s cheek and Hanbin noticed how his lips started shaking.
“im sorry”
He hugged Hanbin so tightly as if he’s saying that he doesn’t want to leave.
Hanbin hugged him just as tightly.
“we really have to get used to this, it’s the first time we fought because we couldn’t see eachother”
“now that you say it that way i feel a bit silly”
”silly for what? missing me?”
Hanbin received a light slap on his chest after that.
Minutes passed and when Hao thought he was done crying, he felt more tears coming out the moment he got up to see Hanbin’s face.
“you were crying???”
“well...”
And they spend the night crying then laughing after seeing eachother’s swollen faces and soonly fell asleep on Hao’s bed, completely forgetting the food Hao bought for his dinner.
At least they’re together for real now.

Hao felt sunlight hitting his eyes, it’s warmth burning his already swollen eyes from all the crying last night.
He didn’t regret opening his eyes though.
The first thing he sees this morning is Hanbin who’s laying on the same bed, currently admiring him with a smile on his face that made Hao smile at the younger too.
“hi” Hanbin greeted with his hoarse morning voice.
“hi, i thought you’d left”
“i have a day off today”
“so….?”
“so ill be here all day”
“really?”
“really”
“promise?”
“promise”
In the middle of their morning cuddle session, Samsam is heard barking at them wanting to be invited.
And here they are, cuddled up in bed with their puppy right in between them, just as Hao always wanted.
Suddenly everything feels perfect again.
Even if it was just for a day, Hao doesn’t mind it at all.
as long as he has Hanbin by his side.
“i love you Sung Hanbin” Hao says under his breath.
It was so sudden that Hanbin laughs before stealing a quick kiss from Hao “i love you more Zhang hao”
