Okay I have some notes before I begin:

Canon
---
I have tried to keep this fic as grounded into canon reality as I can, but there are elements that I have changed. The major notes are:
1. Jason and Piper were never together during HOO, instead having a very close platonic relationship (although they did flirt a bit). However, Jason does still have the memories of Piper and him being a couple in Wilderness Therapy, but they agreed not to date, because it's kinda weird.
2. This fic is set after HOO, but before TOA. I know that HOO ends in summer, but if you just move everything back a few months (I'm aware this messes with canon a lot) then in this universe HOO ends at the end of June. On the first day of this fic, the battle happened about two weeks ago, but Leo has only been back for one week.
3. Calypso is not a character in this. In case you can't tell, I really hate Caleo. So in this fic, Leo never went to find her, but instead returned to CHB a week after he died.
4. Any other canon divergence are accidental, but for my dignity pretend that it makes sense

I have prewritten a third of this fic already, because I don't want this to burn me out.
I will post a new chapter every day, with the day being the same as each chapter. So on July 1st, I will post the chapter about July 1st and so on.
I might not be able to post at the same time each day, but I will try my hardest to post every day. If I miss a day, I'll just post two the next day.

Also, just as a side note, this fic will mention politics quite a bit, everybody in this is a little bit queer, and I myself am a socialist and queer, so obviously DNI if you're a twat.

In this fic I will swear, quite a lot. Obviously if you don't like swearing, that's fine, I just wanted to give the warning. Additionally, I will sometimes use slurs. With the use of these slurs, it's not my intention to insult or criticise any groups. The only two slurs that I will use are the F slur and the R slur. I am queer and also autistic, so I feel that I can use these, as they are part of my communities. I will give TWs for the use of these slurs, and if you have an issue with any of these things, get in contact with me.
