Martin felt so embarrassed that he could sink into the floor. Of course. He almost forgot. There was no more ‘Juhoon and Martin.’Juhoon spoke up from his spot next to her on the couch.
“Viv —”
“Uh… yeah. I guess I should get into the dating scene soon, huh?”
Martin tried to make his voice sound unbothered, but the look on his face betrayed him. His cheeks were red and his head hung low, making intense eye contact with the hand that rested behind Vivienne’s head on the couch. The hand that belonged to Juhoon.
Almost everyone in the room looked from Juhoon to Vivienne, waiting for the way he nonchalantly stepped into any conversation about Martin, ready to defend him, but it didn't come.
