Summary
Nezu hears about a school in a rundown town on the other side of the country. It was strange, lately there has been concerns from the surrounding towns about what might be going on at that school. Complaints likes the kids weren't properly supervised, the playground door the younger kids was old rusty and painted with flaking off lead paint. The school seems quite dangerous for many different reasons.
So the chaotic neutral rat decided to set up something with the principal.
