    Existing as a thrall can sometimes have its merits. It instills a sense of purpose. A drive. An almost compulsive need to complete a task or to seek out a new one. It’s almost nice. You don’t feel like you're under someone's control, you just feel devoted to them. It… makes you feel useful. Like you have a reason to exist, and that reason is to serve them. But, that doesn’t mean that most the time it’s not fucking awful.
