   Summary

   The Manager has sent Arthur and John off to the world to live (mostly) normal lives. Now, it's time for him to rebuild the Waylay.
   Unfortunately, a particular voice in his head just won't leave him alone.
   And, an alternate version of his dead daughter keeps haunting him.
   Worst of all, the Manager seems to be running into the architectural equivalent of an artist block.
