    Chris gave him a mischievous and excited smirk of approval.

    His dad slid the key in the keyhole and tried to open the door as quietly as possible.
    It was still early in the morning and he was sure that his best friend was still asleep.
    He approached his former bedroom with catlike steps and cautiously placed a hand on the doorknob.
    As he was about to walk in, he was surprised by odd whimpers coming from the other side of the door.
    Was Buck sick?
    A worried frown started forming in between his eyebrows as he barged into the room.
