   Summary

   Grace and Rocky find Simon on the trip back to Erid and rescue him, despite the frightening mutations. The problem is, with an additional human on board, food rationing is tighter than ever. Grace will need all the help he can get to survive long enough to settle on Erid, and this strange new companion seems less than willing to accept the new reality he finds himself in.
