There was a silence in space that both comforted Kara and made her want to scream even more. She could scream as loud as she wanted and not be heard. That was a curse and a blessing in one. Letting all her feelings out where no one would be hurt by the power. But not having anyone hear her pain to come and help her. Not even Clark could know she screamed. Because the sound did not carry no matter how much part of her wanted someone, anyone, to find her and hear her pain and much as she did.
