   Summary

   Moving to New York for college was supposed to be a fresh start. A new city, a new life, a chance to finally become someone different.

   Instead, the reader (you) gets assigned a dorm roommate who makes her want to leave the city entirely.

   Sadie Sink is everything she can’t stand -stubborn, infuriating, effortlessly charming, and somehow always getting under her skin. Their dorm becomes a war zone of passive-aggressive comments, petty arguments, and a rivalry neither of them wants to admit feels a little too personal.

   But somewhere between late-night conversations, accidental vulnerability, and moments where the line between hate and something else starts to disappear, the two of them begin to realize that maybe the person they can’t stand is also the person who understands them the most.

   What follows is a messy, complicated, and painfully intense love story filled with jealousy, denial, mistakes, heartbreak, and two people who keep choosing each other even when they’re convinced they shouldn’t.

   Because sometimes the hardest person to love is the one who knows you best.
