Summary
The stranger’s name was Phil, and he was in Sweden for a week visiting his brother. He loved the midnight sun because it made his night owl tendencies feel more socially acceptable, and he especially enjoyed Swedish summer because it didn’t usually get quite as warm as in London. Phil had looked pleasantly shocked to learn that Dan also lived in London, like it wasn’t an extremely populous city only a couple of hours away by plane.
“Maybe it’s fate,” he’d wiggled his eyebrows, which made Dan snort. “Fate for what?” To that, Phil just shrugged good-naturedly. “She works in mysterious ways, right?"
