   Summary

   Simon may not be a believer in the way Eden wanted him to be, but Ryland Grace is the closest thing to divinity he's ever known.
   Whatever it is they have, that unspoken tenderness and intimacy that keeps him up at night, has been enough to heal him and birth him anew in Erid. For that, he'll love Grace forever.

   But he was a fool to think Grace's so-called "saintliness" didn't come at a cost.

   Or: An unknown (and presumably human) SOS signal comes from space, and Grace slowly loses his mind trying to reach it. Simon will do anything to stop him from going back to space—even if it means facing that he has underestimated his Angel and the past that haunts him.
