Matt stays quiet in the aisle with the hope that Jay has more to say on the subject. Jay wilts slightly, knowing he’s only been given the floor because he said something strange.
“Or like - was the guy, or girl, that made it, was it a mistake?”
He honestly doesn’t know. Both options sound plausible.
“Bird. One single day – I’d give anything,” Matt says, “Just to spend a day in your mind.”---
