Summary
Following a devastating, unprecedented earthquake and official government abandonment, Gotham City is declared an "Uninsurable Disaster Zone" and placed under a strict military blockade. Cut off from the rest of the world, a fierce wave of Gothamite nationalism begins to rise from the rubble. Stripped of his high-tech arsenal, with the Batcave drowned in mud and the Batfamily stranded outside the borders, Bruce Wayne chooses to step forward and lead the city with an open face. This is no longer a war of shadows. It is a brutal battle of logistics, backroom diplomacy with Gotham's underworld, and raw human resilience. Because if the mainland has left them for dead, Gotham will rebuild itself alone.
