“Hello? Egg im back!…..” Wemmbu says a little tiredly as he has not had proper sleep in a few days. Wemmbu is always running from whoever wants to kill him. Thats normal. But with the law declaring that he is the devil and must be killed it has only got worse. Leading to him becoming a lot more tired then usual. He honestly doesn’t even really have time to be at the end visiting egg and minute. but nonetheless here he is.
Also speaking of egg where is this kid bro.
“Eggchan!”
“He must be hiding somewhere. Now that I’m thinking of it where is minute..” Wemmbu mumbles as he starts walking towards the hall, where eggs hole in the wall is at.
Breaking through the wall he finally sees egg. Writing in his book seemingly not even noticing how Wemmbu is now in the room with him. “Dude what are you doing” says Wemmbu as egg jumps a little, now realizing that there is another person in the wall with him. “oh hey dude when did you get here.” Egg states unbothered.
Wemmbu just looks at him for a second bewildered on how oblivious egg can be sometimes. “Bro…you know whatever, where’s minute. Isn’t he supposed to be watching you?” Wemmbu says completely ignoring eggs question.
“He said he had to go deal with something in the end islands” egg says then adding before Wemmbu can respond “can I ask you a question?”
Wemmbu looks at him for a moment before saying “sure what do you need?”
There’s a silence thats a beat to long, then egg says his question with a little hesitation. “can I paint you?..”
They just kinda look and at each other for a second then Wemmbu says “uhh sure. I mean I don’t have that much time but I guess you can.”
Eggs face lights up a little then starts leading Wemmbu to his main room.
Once they sit down. Wemmbu on a stool and egg behind a canvas Wemmbu asks “ so umm why are you painting me? Not that I mind it just seems a little out of the blue….”
Egg ponders for a second then “no particular reason I just feel like it would be fun.”
Wemmbu stares at him for a second seeing how eggs face pinched when he asked the question but doesn’t say anything and just decides to enjoy the moment.
They go along like that, the barely audible sound off egg painting and wiping and the small conversation of Wemmbu filling egg in on whatever is happening in the main server.
After a moment Wemmbu says a little to causally “ so… are you going to tell me why we are really doing this?”
It’s silent for a long moment. egg slightly lowers his hand that was just painting. A unreadable look on his face then starts to speak “it really isn’t a huge deal. And it is mostly because I thought it would be fun but..” Wemmbu stares as egg starts to continue to paint then egg adds “it just that I don’t get to see you that much anymore and I know that it’s not your fault. So I just kinda wanted something to remember you by..”
egg looks up at Wemmbu then adds “yo, that makes it seem like your dead..” wemmbu just looks at him for a second then says “sorry…” egg then quickly says “ no bro. Don’t apologize. I know you are doing your best to get me out. I just didn’t know how long it will be until then, so I just wanted something…”
Wemmbu looks down at his hand suddenly very guilty “egg… I will get you out soon I promise.”
Wemmbu looks up to meet egg’s eyes(or eye). egg has a small reassuring smile on his face then says “I know you will, you always do.” Wemmbu looks away a little embarrassed then says a little to quickly “whatever bro just continue painting”
Egg lets out a laugh at the demon then goes back to painting.
Once he finishes Wemmbu stands stretching a little then walks over to egg to see the finished result.
Wemmbus eyes widen a little in surprise “wow egg… this is really good when did you learn this?” The painting is amazing. The light caches his deep purple hair and eyes perfectly. The crown perched on his head looks like it was taken straight from the starlight itself. His moles on both of his cheeks are perfectly aligned. It looks like it would be displayed in a castle, in fact Wemmbu looks very royal in it.
Egg looks away embarrassed “okay bro, it’s not that good … and I just have a lot of free time.”
Wemmbu gives him a little smile “I think it’s good.”
Egg starts “will you be able to stay any longer or do you have to get back?”
Wemmbu looks at his com frowns then looks back up to egg “unfortunately I have something I need to take care of in a bit so I have to go” egg looks a little sad but starts leading him towards the portal.
Before he jumps in he turns and looks at egg “hey egg… I promise I will get you out soon. really.”
Egg smiles then says “okay” then Wemmbu jumps into the portal
