   Summary

   Every year, the Paintress lowers the number on the monolith in the distance, and exactly one year later, everyone of that age dies.

   When the monolith number changes from 34 to 33, 33 year old Tenma Tsukasa and his sister Tenma Saki go on an expedition to stop the Paintress, and save their city of Lumière.
