And just like at the end of every spring, when flowers wither and fall to the ground, it went the exact same way for Mayor Jerry Generazzo. Prompted by the sudden realization brought on by a broken condom, Jerry realized he had far greater priorities than Mabel; unwilling to give up his career for her, he decided to cut ties and close that chapter of his life.
