Summary
Taehyung has been in love with his best friend for years—a secret he's carefully guarded because losing Jungkook would hurt far more than loving him in silence.
Jungkook, on the other hand, doesn't understand feelings, let alone the confusing pull he has toward Taehyung. Burdened by family expectations, emotional scars, and beliefs he's never dared to question.
He just doesn't know what to call his feelings.
All he knows is that he hates seeing Taehyung with anyone else, that the thought of losing him terrifies him, and that every time his feelings get too close to the surface, he pulls away. Distance is easier than questions. Silence is easier than the truth.
Because accepting that he might love his best friend means facing parts of himself he's spent his entire life trying to ignore.
A slow-burn story about love, denial, healing, and two best friends learning that sometimes the hardest person to be honest with is yourself.
