   Ther are shining pillars of society: pro heroes, who do what they can to help everybody everywhere! There are the everyday people, just trying to make it to their next paycheck. There are villains, truly evil people who hurt for fun and feel nothing about it.

   And then there's those who fell through the cracks. Who turned to crime or vigilantism out of desperation. The young ones. The ones that can be saved. Who just need a little... attention.

   UA Juvenile Attention Program was created to service those kids. The teachers in the JAP are uniqely qualified to give this attention to these children. Whether they've commited crimes, vigilantism, or cannot quite control their quirks, the JAP is here to help them become the best versions of themselves!

   To bad it feels more like a prison sentence for the kids there. But, with an odder group than usual this year, things just might go differently. Especially with the rumors that famous informant The Eleventh Hour is among the kids this year.
