Chapter Text
Theo drove toward Seattle, passing through Portland. The dread doctors had a backup house and lab in Seattle, making it the ideal spot for him to set up. He was on a backroad when his guest in the black seat finally began to wake up.
Theo slowed the car, eager to observe his little guest. Was he obsessed with him? Maybe a little, but he wouldn't admit it. He glanced at the back seat. Stiles Stilinski lay there, rope binding his arms and ankles, a black blindfold covering his eyes, and tape tightly sealing his mouth.
Stiles was easy to grab and would serve as the perfect pawn for revenge. Theo remembered how simple it had been just twelve hours earlier. He had hid in the shadows outside the university campus, his chest burning with the humiliation of being cast out by Scott McCall. Scott thought he was being kind by expelling Theo from Beacon Hills right after freeing him from hell. Not only was he upset about hell,He was more upset that Scott thought he could just get rid of him that easy.
Theo knew he couldn't just let Scott think he won. He needed something that would break the alpha's heart. He needed Stiles. Tracking the human's scent to a small dorm room at the edge of campus was easy. Theo waited outside the second-floor window, balancing on the brick ledge and watching through the glass. Inside, Stiles hummed to himself as he packed for a weekend trip, completely unaware. He looked small, defenseless, and isolated from his supernatural pack—perfect in every way.
Theo picked the window lock with a single claw and slipped into the room without a sound. Stiles didn't notice he wasn't alone until Theo stepped from behind the closet door. Before Stiles could turn around or reach for his bat, Theo raised a tranquilizer gun. A sharp hiss echoed in the cramped room as the dart struck Stiles in the neck.
The surprise in Stiles's whiskey-colored eyes was satisfying. He gasped, reaching for his neck, before his knees buckled and he collapsed onto the carpet. Theo stood over him for a moment, smiling at his ultimate prize, before tying him up, throwing him over his shoulder, and slipping back into the rainy night.
Now, as he drove through the downpour in Portland, Theo smirked. With Stiles, he could finally have everything he ever wanted.
Snapping back to reality, Theo watched Stiles struggle against his restraints, realizing he was tied up. Stiles tried to scream, but it came out muffled. Theo let him scream for about 15 seconds before stopping the car. He got out, opened the backseat door, and grabbed Stiles's ankle ad being to pull.
He laughed as Stiles attempted to move away. Pulling harder, Theo shifted Stiles so his legs hung out of the car, draped over the seats, and then positioned him upright to see Stiles's surprise.
“Hey, little fox,” Theo said, observing his reaction to the name and voice. He reached for Stiles's blindfold and removed it.

(Stiles’ pov)
Stiles was confused. The last thing he remembered was packing for a weekend trip in his dorm room when something struck his neck. He passed out and woke up disoriented, unsure of his location but assuming he was in a car.
Blindfolded, he could see nothing. ‘Great, I'm kidnapped again’ Stiles thought. He struggled to move his arms but found they wouldn't budge. Feeling a seatbelt, he realized he was in the backseat, not the trunk. Whoever grabbed him wanted to keep an eye on him. Who could have kidnapped him? A hunter? Someone seeking revenge on Scott? If it was a hunter he was praying that it wasnt an argent. He wasnt ready to eat with a Gerard wrapped nightmare.
He forced himself to focus on escaping instead of panicking. He could tell he was tied with rope by the way it rubbed against his skin. He should have accepted Chris's advice on escaping rope. He assumed his legs were tied too but decided to try anyway. As expected, there was rope around his ankles as well.
‘Well, I might as well try screaming’. Stiles’ mind supplied him with.
He yelled for help, but after 15 seconds, he realized there was tape on his mouth that muffled his voice. He screamed again for another 15 seconds, hoping to alert his captor. He stopped when the car came to a halt, regretting that his cries were likely muffled but still audible. Which might have antagonized his Captor. Not the best idea on his part.
Then he heard the car door open and instinctively turned away from his captor. Suddenly, hands grabbed his ankles. He tried to pull away, but his captor was too strong, dragging him fast. His legs began to dangle out of the car, still draped across the seat when he felt a hand sit him up.
That's when he heard it for the first time: the voice of his captor.
“Hey, little fox,” his captor said, followed by a hand reaching for the blindfold. Stiles should have recognized the one person who took him— It was the psycho chimeras voice, The same psycho who targeted his friends.
A rush of panic surged through him. Bright light flooded his vision, forcing him to squint and blink against the glare. As the blurry figure came into focus, it became clear.
Theo.
A frantic, muffled curse died against the heavy duct tape on his mouth. He thrashed against the ropes, heart pounding. He had to escape. He had to get away from Theo.
“Hold still,” Theo said as he released Stiles and retrieved something from his pocket. It was black with a silver buckle that glinted in the light. Stiles realized what it was.
‘Is that A dog collar? No way I’m letting him near me!’
Stiles shook his head violently, tears welling in his eyes. He refused to let Theo get close. He managed to pull himself to the seat, but it was too far. With one hand, Theo pulled him away from the seat and reached for his neck.
With the other hand, he secured the collar around Stiles and fastened it—left side over, pull tight, buckle, click.
Theo let go, leaving Stiles breathing heavily through his nose, on the verge of a panic attack. Theo brushed his fingers through Stiles's hair, trying to calm him. Stiles struggled not to lean into the softness of the chimera's touch.
“You're going to be okay, my little fox. It’s time for another nap. When you wake up, you’ll be at your new home,” Theo said as he reached for the tranquilizer gun and watched as Stiles froze even before the needle touched him.
Theo smiled as he injected Stiles, who quickly slipped into unconsciousness. Once satisfied Stiles was sleeping, Theo returned to the driver's seat and hit the road again. It would be about three hours before they reached home. Maybe Stiles would behave better once they arrived. The sedative wouldn’t wear off until the next day.
