The announcement
"I would like to make an announcement" Dumbledore said while holding a long list of names "so everyone please quiet down because every new 1st years get another 1st year to keep until your 7th year so let's start with the first person Neville longbottom will keep Luna lovegood so come on up and we will bond you together so you won't be able separate until 7th year Dumbledore said while handing the list to Minerva
"Oh o-ok" Neville said while walking up with luna behind him as they walk up to be bonded we're ready Dumbledore luna says while Neville is nervous about being bonded to the girl he found cute "and now we will bound your souls together until you turn 18 which is when the soul bond will break and you will be asked if you want to continue living with the person you were soul bound to or if you wanted to leave them" Dumbledore said while reading the next people's names off the list that Minerva is holding
A few minutes later
"Draco malfoy you will keep Harry potter and care for him and dont make fun of or abuse your soul bound partner or we will take them from you and you will expelled so come on up you two" Dumbledore said "ugh him!" Draco said angerly "why does it have to be him hes too low for me to be soul bounded to him" he walks up to be soul bounded to Harry potter but he doesnt want to.
"Hermione granger and pansy parkinson please come up and we will soul bind you together until 7th year unless you choose to stay with her so please come up and we will soul bind you guys together" Dumbledore said
One hour later
"Finally our last pair of first year's are Ron Weasley and Blaise zabini you will be the last first years to be binded so come up please" Dumbledore said and after Ron and Blaise got binded Dumbledore stand up "let the feast begin!" Dumbledore says then he sits back down and food starts teleporting onto plates
