When Sebek was younger his parents used to talk to him about how they met, he had held that story in high regard, seeing as it sparked his curiosity in Love and significant others while also bringing him further into the world of romance books.
One of Sebeks favorite books, a romance one, the story about how a young human prince and a young fae knight fell in love. The story told of how two the had met, how they figured out they were soulmates, and how the young fae was ordered to be the prince's guard. Then the two fell in love, got together, and happily ever after and so on. Funnily enough, that specific series did hold quite a special place in Sebeks heart as he related to the love interest quite a bit, as it explained the struggles of knighthood, and trying their hardest to be able to protect those they holds in high regard.

Sebek had just finished patrolling around the dorms, as he decided to go out and practice his blade work. On the way out, he was stopped by Lilia, - "Sebek! Have you seen Silver anywhere? I can't seem to find him no matter where I look! " He had said, Clearly wanting to find silver for something!
Sebek thought for a good few seconds before looking around and standing up straight before speaking far too loudly, - "Yes, Lilia-Sama! I have an idea of where he might be! I shall go retrieve him if you wish!" And a few seconds after, Lilia chuckles, the one that usually shows that he's planning something, but alas, he sends Sebek off to look for Silver, telling him to have "his boy" meet him within the next 2 hours as he had something he wanted to show him!
And at that, off Sebek went. He trailed a path he never had before, as he simply just had a rather odd feeling that he would find Silver down the winding path in the forest. And once he comes to the end of the path, the sounds of birds chirping loudly catches Sebeks attention, and as soon as the green haired male looked to where the sound was coming from, there he found birds surrounding a certain silver haired man who was sleeping rather peacefully As birds were attempting to making a nest in his hair, a few wild deer curiously coming up to him, but as soon as the animals heard the sound of movement, they all run or fly off, causing Silver to stir slightly but he falls back asleep again a few moments later.
Sebek walks over to Silver, kneeling down next to him as he looks at the older man's face, noticing that hes far prettier than before for whatever reason! That thought alone causes sebek to backtrack his thoughts - cause, Silver? Pretty? Well, of course he has thought of silver to be prettier than any other human he's met, but looking at him right now? It felt like something was tugging on his chest and he had no idea what to do about it, he didn't know what it was!-
So, what else to do but wake Silver? Sebek didn't think it would be hard, as he had to do so on multiple other occasions simply because Silver would fall asleep in the most random of areas and at the worst of times! Truly, it annoyed him to the core! Or.. Did it? - *"Why this time out of all? Why must I struggle to wake him?"* He thought, as of course, he was truly confused by his own reluctance.
After a rather long few minutes of Sebek thinking about what to do, he ultimately decided to just carry silver back to the dorms if he couldn't find it in himself to wake the stupidly beautiful human. So, of course, Sebek gently, and far to softly leans in to lift silver slightly against him, but as soon as his hand touches Silvers shoulder and legs, it causes the other man to jolt awake, his eyes wide and slightly confused. The moment Silver woke up, Sebek jerked back, face growing slightly warm from the embarrassing moment he was caught in.
Silver looks up at Sebek, his eyes widening slightly as he tries to process what was happening as he was just woken up to Sebek extremely close to him, and suddenly pulling away flushed, and highly out of character for him. Sebek immediately stands up as stiff as ever, looking around for a moment to gather himself before speaking once more, - "S-Silver! Lilia-Sama has called for you! He had asked me if I could find you so I did! You have an hour to meet him!" After the sudden outburst of words, Silver takes a few moments to process before nodding softly with a quiet yawn before speaking, - "Yes... I will go see father in just a moment... How did you find me? I don't think I've ever told anyone about this place before-"
Sebek isn't sure how to answer silver as he wasn't sure himself of how he managed to find the silver haired man. - "I-..! I do not know! I simply had a feeling!-" Is what Sebek had said in response to Silvers question before walking a few steps away and spinning back to point in silvers direction, - "Do not fall back asleep! Lilia-Sama has requested your presence! It is improper for a fellow knight of Malleus-Sama to be late!"
And at that, Sebek turned and practically ran off once he was out of Silvers sight. The moment he got to his dorm room he immediately sat on his bed thinking over and over about why he wasn't able to just wake Silver up like usual! And how *did* he know where silver was? Like the other man had previously mentioned, he hasn't told anyone that he was going to that specific spot, nor had he told anyone about it..

Sebek didn't know what to do. Ever since the day Lilia had sent him to go find Silver? Hes unable to keep his heart from picking up when he makes eye contact with him!
A few days later, still unsure why he's feeling such things when talking to Silver, he decides to ask Lilia his thoughts on the situation as he wanted an outside opinion on why he was feeling how he was.
After careful planning, Sebek had managed to ask Lilia if he could speak with him about a certain matter that had been bothering him lately, and of course, Lilia had happily agreed to speak with him.
The moment Sebek is alone with Lilia, he finally asks the question that had been plaguing his mind. - "Lilia-Sama! There has been something effecting my chest every time I have to look at silver, and I'm not sure what it is! I would like your insight!- Please..-"
The reaction that came next was far different than what sebek had ever thought would happen, as instead of Lilia laughing at him and telling him the cause, his face grows Stern and almost cold for a moment before softening slightly before asking his own question in response, - "Sebek, are you in love with my son?"
And that response from Lilia? It caught Sebek off guard by a lot.
