Summary
If someone had told Shadow that when he and Sonic had first started dating, this is how he'd end up, he would've scoffed in downright offense. He was not, and had never been, the type of hedgehog to get on his knees for any other. But over time, as he'd actually worked through his issues, he'd learned... quite a lot about himself. As it turned out, being raised as he was, it could actually be strangely nice to allow someone he loved to take control of him.
