KIMO — Complete Edition

Summary:

KIMO is a depressed little no-one living in the void, and this story is not about them. It’s more about this twelve-year-old girl named Lillie, living in the fictional region of Alola. Her mother is Lusamine, owner of the Aether Foundation, a mega corporation which deals in healing and protecting injured Pokémon. Obviously, this means Lusamine and Lillie are high up in terms of money. Eventually, Lillie’s house is bombed, and she moves into her mother’s mansion. This is followed by her subsequent kidnapping by Kyle the Conqueror (who has an entire Prelude to illustrate his character, by the way), and she is only saved because of her friendship to a small, red octopus-like creature known as DJ Octopus. He just wants a friend, and Lillie is more than willing to be that friend. Although having DJ Octopus around as her bodyguard/roommate seems just fine, it quickly spirals into a succession of events far beyond what ANYONE was expecting.

“Come on, KIMO, we have a long journey ahead of us.”

P.S. The first couple chapters are minor prefaces because in all honesty, a simple content warning just isn’t enough.

Chapter 1: Alert!!!

Chapter Text

There is a MASSIVE amount of photos and videos used throughout the story. I’ll include credit where I can, as most of my photos (fortunately) come from iStock. Music, additionally, is supplied via YouTube links. (I believe there’s something on your device that allows you to play music in the background, right?)

To anyone who sees any link or any photo used, citations are listed for each episode. Keep in mind that it is not mine, it might not be yours either.
