Chapter Text
Beneath me is the same soil you step on.
Above me are the same stars you gaze upon.
Brushing me is the same wind that grazes you.
Our only touch,
can you feel it too?
Our only touch must be wind, stars and soil.
For I fear enough has been left unsaid.
My mind cannot part paths from it,
It cannot part paths from you.
Another sun passes above us.
Restless days I have spent wondering,
when will our touch be more
than wind, stars, soil and sun?
My heart, shabby and torn
is pulsing for your return.
I cannot miss you,
for a King does not miss.
But what is a king without its Queen?
What is a disease in bliss?
My only cure is distant,
found across wind, stars, soil and sun.
