Summary
The stark difference between Jeremy threading through the law-related terminology and studying French is more than apparent. When Jeremy studies French – with his colorful pens, acidic page markers, enthusiastic mumbles under his breath – he looks giddy. Happy. There is a blush to his cheeks, a twinkle to his eyes as he looks at Jean, as if they are sharing a secret. He looks almost as ecstatic as he does when he is on the court scoring a goal.
**Jeremy's journey of learning French sets Jean on the path of discoveries of his own.

SCREECH this is so cute. I love the exploration of language and what it means to Jean and how much he likes it that Jeremy cares enough to learn and want to get better.
