Summary
It all began in Raccoon City.
A virus, meticulously engineered by scientists at the Umbrella Corporation, escaped from containment. The disease spread like wildfire — the first infected were treated as cannibals, but it soon became clear that everyone who died came back to life, trapped in an endless cycle of hunger and death.
That is how that September night in 1998 came to be marked by devastation and carnage.
Leon Kennedy is one of the survivors searching for a cure, but he finds himself trapped in an abandoned building. It is there that he meets Carlos Oliveira, an Alpha who helps him escape. The lack of food and basic supplies forces them to change course and head toward the RPD in search of a safe haven.
What Leon didn't expect, however, was to reunite with the two most important people in his life: Claire, his best friend, and Chris, his Alpha.
