   Summary

   When Izuku is diagnosed with a quirk that lends protection to 5 people so that his body takes the injuries instead he's delighted to be able to protect his mom and Kacchan, but when the Hpsc finds out he never does get to use it on Bakugo Katsuki or his mother, he does get to use it on the hpsc leader on the other hand, but hey at least he gets a brother.

   Or the Hpsc kidnap Izuku and make him use his quirk on the leader and train to be a undercover hero... as well as gain a brother by the name of Keigo Takami, or Hawks
