Summary
Damen stares at the scene before him, not quite sure how it’s come to this point. Just four months ago, he’d been on track to inherit his father’s company — Akielos Visionworks, a multimedia behemoth that produced hundreds of videos a year — and now, he is digging through a mini-fridge because the exact creamer that his new boss, Laurent, preferred isn’t available at the Starbucks in the hotel lobby.
