Work Text:

Sas sased through the sassassas. Sas lingering sas sas sasas… salsa…

Sassened, sas kept sassas, as sassalsa sasing. The sas in their sas was sassy and sas, sad really.

She sasighs.

"Sas."

She sasuddenly hears, salmost sasarely, as if sit swas sajust her sasmagunation, a whisper in the swind.

"Sas?"

She sassed, sassing her sas sisly to the sas she sased through the sasway. But… it didn't sas. Sas sasn't sesing the word!

"Wops!?"

Sas said uncharacteristically lacking any sas at all. Thoust woudn'th eventh understandeth lady Sasseline's sassingth conserneth. Oh woe is Sas! Wops woopsing wopin' woperin' wooper into the party!

She has scoliosis, but that wasn't important.

Wops and her beautiful steed stood steedly at her quarters big doorsn', a:nockin' them down with little to no respectn' for th'craftinwoodship.

"Giddy up, I'm actually cryin'!"

Woe woppah gallops towards the balcony Sas was sassing away… salsa…

"Woe woppah!"

But Woe woppah galloped too far, crashing againstth Sas, scoopin Sasseline onto the equines SPOINE, making them 3sth tumbleth downth farthest from the balcony…thst

Sas sosses her seyes sightly, sesxpecting the susdden feelingeth ofeth the groundst sweet embrace, alas, when she didn't fucking die, Sas sopeneth her seyes sone by sone, only to findeth thineself oneth Woe woppah, and Wops right nexteth to herst, gripn' the reins, somehown' unfazed, with the stallion havin' landn' on it's there ye hooves.

Wops gives Sas a glancen'.

"Donchu worry, Sassafras, me n'Woe woppah will'a gechu outta here n'a jiffy."

Sas seeks sizzled salsa red. Was her Lady really supposeth to feeleth thine way towardst a near simpleton? Wellst, then again, thine woman was no simplest ton.

"Wops! S'I stold you stu sastop sacalling me sasthat sorrid sname!"

Wops rollsn' her eyes, butn' her smile greweth wider, Woe woppah neighs, plotting how to throw the two parasites into the nearest river, it would get it's sweet revenge soon enough… Wops holds a welcomin' hand to Sas.

"I thinkn' it fits a sassy lady suchs'yourselfn', Sassafras."

Sas stakes the sashand in her sown, Wops pullingeth herst up to sit on the four legged beast.

"So waddaya say, m'lady?"

Sas slooked stu the samansion behindeth herst self, sesitating. She couldst stayeth. Be unhappieth with thine soon to be hustbant, eating salsa… Or she couldst runneth awayst… With thine sexy cowgilst, and odd shaped companionst, be actually happy for once in her miserable life, be free to do anything her heart desired to do, allow herself to be who she wanted to be… Abandon the idea of Lady Sasseline, a sad version of herself shed carefully curated to fulfill everyone's expectations, not a hair out of place, not an emotion out of check. And she could embrace Sassafras, her unfiltered and most genuine self the ridiculous and charmingly handsome cowgirl had helped find within herself. Free… AND eat salsa.

Sasseline still looked at the mansion behind her, with a newfound determination in her gaze. Wops patiently awaited for her answer, keeping her soft, kind expression fixed on the Lady.

"Wops."

The cowgirl straightened up slightly.

"M'lady?"

Sassafras turned to look back at her, a grin stretched from ear to ear, tears of genuine happiness glassing over her dreamy periwinkle eyes, giving them a hopeful shine that made Wops breath catch in her throat.

"Let's sget sout of herest."
