Summary
When Kim Hongjoong's grandmother dies he solely inherits her house. On the first night after he moved in he found out there was someone living in the basement. It was a binding contract that cannot be broken until the other tenant decides to leave on his own. Park Seonghwa was irritating and an unwanted presence, but he was kind and seemed to care a great deal about Hongjoong. He knows that his best friends, Jung Wooyoung and Choi San, were sick of hearing Hongjoong rant about him but he couldn't stop himself.
That's beside the point. Something was different about him. His daily habits, the way he spoke, and the manner in which he moved about the house. There was nothing normal about this man.
