"a guy in his early 20s going for just a regular medical checkup in a new town, but his doctor (a futa) turns out to be an insatiable birth fetishist. She impregnates him with her ultra-potent seed, and he undergoes a rapid pregnancy and gives birth anally to large multiples in her set up birthing suite, as she coaches him and checks his progress just like any doctor would at a regular birth, though she’s clearly enjoying herself.
