Summary
Arthur one day receives a letter and is detailed by his government officials that the French Revolution had reached its peak and Francis had been caught up in the uproar. Arthur decides to make plans to find Francis during this and help him recover. As while nation’s can usually recover on their own, it depends on the state of their people and land.
