How Y/n is gonna be movin' in Camp Cretaceous:

============================================

The world turns, a long forgotten formation of land standing strong as a distant bellow in heard.

Moving down past the atmosphere and clouds and into the dense jungles, a giant three-toed foot print filled with water remained in the mud.

Suddenly the water rippled, and a distant thud was heard, moving through the dense foliage, vines and trees, an opening appeared in which lay a strange sight.

THUD...

Something slammed against it from the other side...

THUD

Again...

THUD!

And again-...

SMASH!

Splinters and wood go flying as the queen of Isla Nublar steps out, a wide stance taken, Rexy lunged forward and-...

ROAR!

============================================

A singular red dot beeped to life in a black abyss, before red line rotated over it to cast the dark room in the red light of the radar as it showed the arial view of Isla Sorna, radio static was heard.

Man#1 (Radio): Jurassic One, Jurassic One, come in. This is Isla Nublar Base, over.

Woman#1 (Radio): Go, Jurassic One.

Man#1 (Radio): Emergency. Hostiles in pursuit. Two friendlies in need of immediate extraction.

Woman#1 (Radio): Roger that, Base! On our way.

The screen flickered to show two figures dash past the screen while letting out familiar high pitched screeches before the screen went black.

 -------------------------------------------------------

From the point of view of a boy, he tiled his head as a man bursted out of the bushes, dressed in camping gear and panting.

Man#2: We can't stop here. Follow me!

He began to run forward with the boy behind him, the man whacked a large leaf out of his way as he continued to run forward in panic, the boy rushed after the man whacking away the leaf that had fallen and saw the man sliding on his side to get past a fallen log.

The boy rushed after him but had to crawl under the log, the man pressed his back to a large rock formation that had a tree fallen over it, he pressed his back to it and held out his hands to the boy.

Man#2 (Whisper): Wait, Wait. Wait, wait, wait. Stop, stop, stop, stop.

The boy stopped as the man peeked out from behind the rock to look around, the boy turned around himself, looking around everywhere to find nothing but the forest before turning back to the man.

Man#2: I think we lost 'em. We gotta get to the chopper-...

THUD!

Both of them gasp as small amout of dust fell from the fallen tree on the rock and they look up.

It screeched and both of them ran ff into the forest, the boy looked back and saw the Velociraptor letting out short rapid chirps from the back of it's throat as two more Raptors appear behind it.

They chased after the two, the boy looked forward and panted and looked forward.

Man#2: Come on!

He rushed into some tall grass, the boy followed, digging through the dense foliage, he and it through and spotted the man running, only for the boy to grunt and fall into a small incline, he groaned as dust kicked up around him and looked around to his confusion and horror as he saw piles of-...

Boy: Raptor bones?

A not-so-distant chirp snapped him out of it and he ran forward out of the small incline and nest, he rushed forward and spotted the man jump down, the boy jumped down and groaned as he fell into a river with boulders.

The man jumped from rock to rock to make it across and up a small grassy hill.

Man#2: Hurry! We're almost to the extraction point!

Boy: No! We can use the river to mask our scent and-...

SCREECH!

The boy yelped as the raptors appear around him before rushing forward towards the man, completely ignoring the boy, the man yells as he got tackled to the other side of the hill, the raptors screeches and tearing of meat fill the area and drown out the screams of the now dead man.

But they didn't drown it out enough, the boy whimpered as he heard distant thudding before a large shadow eclipsed him, he looked up to be met with the sight of a T-Rex.

Boy: Aw, crud...

It roared, lunged down, jaws wide and-...

A voice groaned from behind the screen as the situation was revealed to be a video game, the menu select arrow waited on the exit option.

The boy yelped as his table shook and someone roared in his ear, the boy took off his VR headset covering his eyes and rested it on his forehead, he deadpanned at his laughing older brother.

???: Not cool, Brand.

Brand: Yeah, like you know what cool is.

The boy went back to his computer only for his older brother revealed to be "Brand" to tickle him from behind the chair while chuckling, knocking multiple books off the table in the process.

???: Get off me, Brand!

The older boy grabbed the back of the chair and pushed his little brother back, the boy spun in his chair before it stopped against his bed.

He crossed his arms as his brother eyed the computer while holding up a book.

Brand: Aw, come on, man. The dinos get you and that old dude every time.

???: His name is Dr. Meriwether.

He takes off his headset and throws it onto his bed before rolling over back to his desk and snatching the book as his brother swats a Pterodactyl toy hanging from the ceiling before sitting on his brother's bed.

Brand: His name oughta be "Dinner."

???: Brand, I'm so close. If I can just get around the T. Rex, I'd beat the game and win the-...

Brand: Trip to Jurassic World. I-I know. You've said it, like, a thousand times. But if straight-up gamers say this thing's unwinnable, how's some dino-nerd kid gonna beat it?

The younger brother spun in his chair to face his older brother, looking down at his book and lazily flipping through it.

???: Great pep talk, bro. You been working on that?

The older brother sighed and shook his head slightly.

Brand: Look, Darius, I know getting to Jurassic World was your and Dad's dream, but there's more to life than just dinosaurs. You never leave your room anymore, bruh.

He stands up from the bed and steps closer to his brother now known as "Darius".

Brand: Dad wouldn't want this.

Darius: I hear you, but even if winning is dumb and hopeless, I still gotta try, you know?

The two brothers stared at each other for a long moment before a smile bloomed on the face of the older one, Darius' delusional hopefulness even in the darkest times always made him smile.

Brand: I guess so, D. Can you at least, like, take a break? Maybe work in a shower?... (Rubs his hair, both of them chuckle)...'Cause you're smelling pretty funky, man.

he moved to the door as Darius spun to face his computer, Brand tuned off the man light of the room and braced his hand on the door.

Brand: All right, look, you do you, D. Just do it quietly. I don't want Mom on my case again for you staying up-...

His words were cut off as he looked back at Darius longingly and hopelessly staring at the screen, a small sigh left Brand before he exited the room.

Darius stared at the flickering "GAME OVER" title, his eyes unfocusing and staring at his own reflection in the screen, his palm pressed to his cheek in contemplation.

With a defeated sigh, the young boy stood up and walked over to the shelves.

His hand grazed the picture as he took the tooth necklace and held it against his chest.

Darius flopped backwards onto his bed, eyes deadlocked on the ceiling as he held the necklace against his chest , his thumb rubbing the tooth, a small sigh left through his nostrils before he closed his eyes.

The night moved on, the flickering light of the computer being the only light other than the moonlight pouring in through the blinds. The knight moved on further, moonlight grazing the scissors, glue gun, wadded up paper, paint containers, tape and a DIY Triceratops sculpture left on the desk.

As the moon reached higher along the night, the more light poured in, the cool light hitting the face of a colorless Parasaurolophus statue on a shelf and another DIY statue on the messy desk, but that one was a T-Rex and another one being a Stegosaurus.

A gentle breeze poured in through the window, the Pterodactyls hanging from the ceiling swaying as the night stretched on.

The only other sound in the room other then the ticking clock being snoring muffled by the sheets of the bed, the snores quickly turns to snorts as Darius wakes up from his slumber.

Darius: That's it!-...

THUD!

He fell of the bed.

But that didn't stop him, the lights clicked on as he rushed to his shelf, rummaging through the books.

Darius: Ah, attack patterns? No. Vocalizations, pack behavior? No...

His finger grazed the spine of the books until he pulled one out in particular, he flipped it open as the light the name on the cover.

"Written by Alan Grant"

His eyes scanned the pages until he got a triumphant smile and slammed the book closed.

Darius: Got it!

An open book slid across the desk and stopped in front of the keyboard as Darius rolled in on his chair with the headset already on him.

Darius: So, if my theory's correct...

He smirked at the screen, but saw something n the reflection, he looked back with his smirk dropped, the moonlight hitting the framed picture of him and his dad, the boy lifted the necklace, his thumb grazing the tooth before he took a deep breath.

The keyboard clicked as the selection hovered over the "Continue game" option. Darius grabbed his headset and placed it over his head.

Darius: It's go time.

His finger hovered over the enter key and-...

CLICK...

ROAR!

Darius yelped and flinched, having forgotten where he paused at, but he quickly evaded the jaws of the Rex and climbed out of the river.

He looked back, the T. Rex turned and roared,  Darius quickly made his avatar jerk his head forward by violently jerking his own controller to the point he fell from his chair.

The avatar ran forward as Darius quickly got back up and rushed back to the T. Rex nest, he kneeled down and began to look through the bones.

Darius: It's gotta be here somewhere.

ROAR!

He looked back to see the Rex quickly approaching, he whimpered and began to look through the bones in a panic.

Darius: Where are you? Where are you? Where are you?

A gasp left him as his eyes glossed over a very specific bones.

Darius: There it is!

He returned to it and picked it up, holding it up to his face as an option select menu appeared, while the lizard got closer. He braced himself, the selection arrow resting on the first option "Activate".

The boy gulped down, held his controller close and let out a hopeful whisper.

Darius: Please whistle.

His avatar pressed his lips to the bones and blew air threw it, a familiar chirping noise, the T. Rex reached him, but just as it lunged down two Velociraptors jumped onto it from the side.

The T. Rex whipped around as tried to knock the the Raptors off, Darius spotted a familiar sight in the sky.

The chopper swooped over the dueling dinos and landed to the side, Darius quickly booked it to the rescue vehicle, a man opening the door for him just as he jumped in and before Darius even realized it a golden glow covered the screen with the words-...

Mr DNA: Congratulations, player.

Darius drops his controller and his jaw as the voice of the Jurassic World mascot came straight into his ears and appeared onscreen.

Mr. DNA: I'm Mr. DNA, and you're the first person to ever beat our game, so we wanna reward you!

He spun on screen as it changed to a view of Main Street.

Mr. DNA: With a trip to Jurassic World's brand-new, state-of-the-art adventure camp.

He spun once more a new logo appearing onscreen.

Mr. DNA: That's right, get ready to join us at Camp Cretaceous!

The boy slowly lifted his headset, the glow reflecting on his skin as he grinned. He did it!

Darius: Brand... Mom!
