Two times tail twitched contently, in the background the TV was playing the news and the fireplace was on of course due to it being winter. "BREAKING NEWS: Village found deep within the middle of the woods?! And apparently it's a cult, Investigator Iris is here as a guest and the publisher of the document that uncovered everything! Investigator Iris, what do you have to say?"
"Heya! #Investegator Iris here, If you've read the document your #all caught up, if not then this may be #confusing! At first I #wasn't sure about sharing this with anybody but the police but it seems as if it's neccassary information for the public."
Iris continued "My memories are #fuzzy and I'm not sure why, but I will try me best to explain what I #remember! I remember Individual-C talking to their partner Individual-A, they both seemed #panicked but shortly after I saw Indivdual-A #full on sprinting out of the village and through the gates sobbing running as far as they could. And soon when they could no longer run they #collapsed onto the ground crying, I think they might've been having a #panic attack because from what I could see they were gripping the grass really hard. As I was #observing them I #started coughing a lot, I smelled #smoke and carefully not taking one of my eyes off of Individual A I looked over at the #village, the smoke was coming from the village, from what I could see at the time it looked like another #sermon, but it wasn't a #full moon so it couldn't be that, they were in the clearing surrounding something with banners of the #Spawn symbol hung up. And soon I #saw it.
A figure hung to a stake on fire. #Burning alive… From what I could #see it was individual-C, Individual-B was also there #standing off to the side of the burning body. And as that was happening unimportantly a large brown bird, maybe a #falcon, or a #hawk soaring over. Individual-A also seemed to #smell the smoke because they opened their eyes looking at the #fire. I think they #realized it too because they became unresponsive just staring at the flames in the distance. I felt #horrible infact, I couldn't help but #tear up myself watching this, it made me sick.
But soon this large bird was #flying near Individual-A and before my very eyes it dived down #transforming into a tall winged figure mid-air, this figure had brown headwings, large brown wings, and uh a #sheaved sword on their belt along with #potions and pockets? This is where my memory gets extremely #fuzzy, I think this figure had a #halo but I just #can't piece together my #memories.
The only thing this figure reminded me was—-one of the #demi-deities of our world. But of course they don't interfere with #mere mortal matters like these, especially this one. So I don't think it was #him, probably just a #msyterious avian swordsman. But they reached their hand out to Individual A, it's getting #tiring saying all of that, so I'm just referring to them as A now. And from what I could see A #hesitated and flinched back staring at whatever was above their head #fearfully. This figure leaned down becoming equal to A's height trying not to seem #intimidating from what I could tell? Since I was on a #hill I couldn't hear them quite well despite throwing a thing in a bush to capture what they were saying all I could #hear was "safe" and "true deity" coming from the #tall figure, this #conversation seemed to calm A down a lot as they got up and #tightly hugged this figure still crying choking down sobs. And soon the figure took their hands off of their #swords handle holding onto A tightly with one arm and slightly #kneeling before launching up into the #air, and soon the two of them disappeared in a flash of #yellow.
Now this is all I #remember seeing but back to the #present. I #called the police and as we arrived I was honestly #fascinated the #archietcture was beautiful, ahem #sorry, but it was my first time being inside the #village, but for some reason The #Protection Division was already there? i found it extremely #odd, why them? Had the police contacted them beforehand? Why were they here, this wasn't that big of a threat at all???
(The Protection Division. (founded and run by DoomBringer) they have a heavily nerfed version of the Admin panel and they keep Robloxia safe, much higher ranking than the police or Robloxia army, they fight threats like 1X1X1X1 or Noli alongside the Demi-deities, they are semi-immortal they just can't die of old age, they can succumb to anything else. They are most commonly avian Robloxians because the wings help a lot.)
It was honestly the #first time I've seen them up close, it was honestly #nervewracking, heavy armor, unable to see their faces, big bird wings, and the #admim panels. But I trusted them with my life. The first thing I did was go down to the #cellar that I saw B go down into after every #sermon with one cultist. It was dark and it stunk heavily of metallic and uh, I wasn't sure of what else at the time until—I #heard something in the corner I slowly lit the #lantern in my hand and on the walls… #Bodies. Bodies hung on every part of the walls #blood on the floor and walls, these bodies had bites taken out of them, and it was #horrifying. I honestly threw up in my mouth a bit, and in the corner was B crouched down—#eating somebody.
I quickly ran out and shut the cellar behind me locking it. I #screamed for help and immediately The #Protection Division and police came running, two of the #Protectors went down and #found him. Soon after he was arrested for #cannibalism, 1st degree serial murder, torture, and some things I cannot publicly speak about without #punishment. And he was #identifed as "Elder Amarah." Or "Amarah D. Hastor." and we are unsure if he was even fully Robloxian. He was sentenced to eternity in the #BanLands." "Also, The #Protection Division let me keep #one piece of something from the #crime scene as ordered from their commander, it's something I believe A would want. C's hat now identified as Aspen, full name not specified for privacy reasons. I will be trying to find them and give them this along with Aspen's ashes. That is #all. It was honestly the #worst thing I've ever #investigated. Thank you for letting me #share this." Investigator Iris stepped away from the camera honestly looking quite shaken up.
Two time clenched their necklace or what remained of Azure, why was this playing?! This was from one year ago… Why right now… Why did they have to get reminded of this?! Their hear started to race along with their mind the ringing in their ears became louder as they were suddenly in that place again, the smoke the fire the grass, as they choked down sobs as they cried curling up on what was the ground in their vision.
"Love I'm home!" Shedletsky said softly, walking into their cabin and hanging up his coat, and taking off his sheaved sword from his belt. He immediately noticed something was wrong, Two time was curled up with their tail around themselves choking down sobs wide eyed staring off into the distance. He looked at the TV realizing what was playing he slowly walked over and turned it off and tried putting out the fireplace. Then slowly he walked over to them trying not to scare them as he sat down on the couch.
"Two time, listen to my voice. It's me, Shedletsky. Your not there right now, your in our cabin." Shedletsky hugged them tightly trying to ground them as he continued talking to them. "Feel the couch doesn't it feel nice?" Shedletsky said firmly but softly as he tried to match their breathing level but slowly breathing slower and deeper so they'd calm down and do the same. Shedletsky felt their breathing slow down just a bit so he continued.
"Remember the time we were at the beach this summer, and I was trying to teach you how to swim but you were so afraid that you kept on squealing every time you tried, but eventually with my help you learned how to somewhat swim and you were so excited?" Shedletsky reminded them of a nice memory.
Slowly they came back to reality they felt somebody tightly hugging them and a far away voice, the grassy dark forest faded back into their living room. Their grip on the necklace faltered a bit. Their heart still kinda racing, but when they looked Shedletsky in the eyes they just instantly melted into his arms silently crying like they did that night. "Shhh it's okay, your not there anymore, your safe here, I'll always protect you no matter what… If you'd like we could visit Azure's grave later?" Shedletsky put his wings around Two time so they could only see him. "Mhm…" Two time mumbled in replied. "Alright, we can do that." Shedletsky said quietly as Two time fell asleep in his arms. He ruffled their hair and laughed, they were so sweet.
