So yeah, the prompt was for a quiet afternoon together, uninterrupted by emergencies and my head goes: A drive-in. In Smallville. but HEAR ME OUT.

Sure they can go anywhere and do anything, but the setting I imagined is that Clark (and Lois) would invite Kara and Cat to spend a summer weekend or something like that at the farm. Cat would totally complain about it. On the surface lol. But she would also absolutely go, both for Kara and 'cause honestly a few days in Kansas with two of her friends she'd known for years isn't at all terrible. Of course, Cat and Lois under the same roof is both a blast and a total menace. They'd be pretending they can't stand each other while having the time of their lives and antagonizing (lovingly, I'm sure) their SO's.
To give everyone a bit of a break, and more important, to steal Cat away for a date, Kara would borrow Clark's truck and surprise Cat with a drive-in movie. She could fly them anywhere in the world, but this feels special.
Years later at some glamorous event, Cat would quietly tell Kara that the popcorn in Kansas was more fun. This could be set in any timeline too.
I will stop yapping now since I can not English. Actually can someone write that? A prompt within a prompt-fill?
