   Summary

   Shane Hollander is a genius and a PhD student in Applied Mathematics. He is the beloved partner of Ilya Rozanov, the most feared Bratva boss in Boston who runs a massive empire. Shane is not, however, one of Ilya's men. A distinction he seems to forget the night he uses Ilya's authority and name to send them on a dangerous operation that lands a new recruit in the ICU and nearly gets Shane killed. Ilya decides to discipline Shane harshly to teach him a lesson he won’t forget.
