In the Field of Hopes and Dreams, Ralsei and Kris had bumped into a Rudinn just outside Seam's shop and initiated a battle. Ralsei's scarf blew in the wind that for some reason only appeared when they were fighting Darkners. He looked over at the blue-skinned Lightner next to him, Kris Dreemurr. It was surreal to finally be standing alongside the legendary heroes he'd waited his whole life to serve, but the Prince was ecstatic! Sure, Susie wasn't...the most enthusiastic about saving the world, but she'd change her mind with some TLC for sure! Hopefully the three of them could avoid...those parts of the Prophecy, but this wasn't the time to worry about that.
"Alright, Kris! You just tell me what to do, and I'll trust you!"
Kris glanced at Ralsei, their expression remaining unchanging. They took a step towards the opposing Rudinn and dynamically pointed their finger out. Their voice came out monotone and a little raspy from lack of use.
"Hey, you should join us."
IT WAS UTTERLY SWAYED!!!
"Yeah I guess that makes sense."
Ralsei did a double-take before composing himself. Kris wanted this random Darkner to join their party? And the Darkner 𝙖𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙙? The prophecy never mentioned "oh yeah and also Rudinn was there"!
"K-Kris, are you sure?"
Kris looked at the fluffy boi with an unreadable expression. Raisei immediately backtracked.
"I-I mean, yeah I guess that makes sense! Cue the fanfare!"

Ralsei watched as the Rudinn slithered to the back of the party, behind him. This was in no way bad, he loved making new friends! He just didn't expect Kris to be this enthusiastic about taking his advice. Ralsei's brow furrowed in worry. He'd suggested they ACT instead of FIGHT during the earlier tu-toriel, but he hoped he hadn't accidentally pressured Kris to befriend everyone!
"You know, Kris, you don't HAVE to spare everyone. Fighting them is perfectly fine too! They are trying to murder us after all. I only suggested it because I'm a pacifist myself, but if you're not that's okay! Everyone has their differences!"
Ralsei opened his eyes to see Kris talking to some Hathys and a C.Round, asking them to join the party.
This was going to be a long day, wasn't it?
