   Summary

   Six months ago, Fleur Harlow and Peeta Mellark did the impossible.

   They survived the 74th Hunger Games together, becoming the first two victors in the history of Panem.

   Now Fleur lives in Victor’s Village alongside her family, who are finally safe from starvation for the first time in years.

   As the Victory Tour approaches, Fleur realizes that surviving the arena only made her belong to the Capitol in a different way.
