Chapter Text
As the siren rang for the days tax collect Froggy shook his head, snapping out of whatever thoughts his brain were playing earlier, he didn't have a reason to be here, everyone knew that, Homeless, Zonk, Baby Villager, Grox, hell even Stupid Villager knew that he didn't have any reason to return here… yet still, he had come back through that damn door
There wasn't anything to win, no mission, no nothing, but he still came, and he didn't know why either– it just felt like he should be here..
Maybe it could be that he missed his friends? Or maybe it were just the thrill of always having something new to do?
or it could've been Grox
No– that couldn't be the reason… sure it's pretty fun to joke around with him and threaten him with both of their lives on the line, but he were still too annoying to be the reason he'd come back! I mean… sure his voice wasn't all that annoying but it was enough to make him not keep thinking about it all day long, dreaming about Grox saying his name in that whiny loud voice of his, wondering what other kind of noises he could make… wonder how he would sound being treated how he deserved… holding him by the hips and rocking him back and forth… listening to his whimpers and whines… how he would moan his name—
"NO!"
Immediately realizing his mistake, Froggy covered his mouth, he was so focused on that damn corrupt dictator he hadn't noticed himself getting mad– although he didn't really feel mad…?
"You good?" The homeless villager asked, staring at him in confusion and shock, he'd seen people get unknowingly obsessed and lash out but he definitely did not expect that from Froggy
"Uh… yeah– just- um.. just got distracted, y'know?" He sheepishly replied with an unsteady smile, trying so hard to appear calm while obviously over fixated on something
Homeless just hummed, squinting slightly for any sign of who it could be he were thinking of, nothing exactly showed but it wouldn't be a surprise for anyone if it was Grox who was unknowingly occupying the frog's brain
Finally getting to Grox after waiting at the literal back of everyone because as it turns out thinking about someone who annoys you to the core for minutes straight isn't such a time saving thing… at least everyone met the quota today which meant he were almost fully alone with Grox, if it weren't for the guards of course
"Eyy, Froggydude! You got my money?" The wither seemed to glare him down with his eyeless sockets, at least as to what it felt like, it's truly hard to tell where he's looking without any eyes to focus on
Leaned back in his throne so comfortable, acting all unbothered like he hadn't enslaved over billions of villagers over longer years than Froggy could imagine… it truly were hard to tell how old a nether being was– although that did go with anything that wasn't from the overworld…
"Yes lord Grox… I slaved away for just you like how you loooove…" he grumbled, still trying to name what he was feeling, lazily throwing his emeralds and golds at the player in front of him
Grox easily caught onto the annoyed tone– and perhaps even the feeling behind it…
He hesitated for a moment before getting off his throne to pick up the tax before it despawned, putting aside in his inventory as be watched Froggy walk away as usual…
"Wait a minute there…" Grox's voice seemed to soften just a little, waving his hand to dismiss the guards who, despite the confusion, left the room
Froggy obeyed as well, the other option would likely end up in death so it would be for the better to stay and listen to whatever he had to say
Although it seemed like neither knew what to say, Grox wasn't exactly sure why he'd asked to be alone with Froggy and neither did he
"Was I short on tax or something? Do you have to make a big deal about it instead of just treating me like all of your other slaves? —Lord Grox…" he quickly added despite feeling like Grox wouldn't mind if he forgot, he's crossed enough lines for it to be taken as a minor mistake anyway
"N–no I just…" Grox started, his words catching in his throat… what was he supposed to say? Just admit he could tell what Froggy was feeling all along because of some stupid biology made for fucking mating? He'd rather die
"Well? Spit it out… I don't have all day for you as much as you might hope," Froggy dismissed him while looking towards the exit, and something… something in that voice made Grox let out an involuntary whine
Froggy immediately turned his focused back onto Grox, there was no way that sound actually came from him. Having to bite the inside of his cheek to keep from laughing– maybe he'd give him more if he did laugh at him?
Letting out a short snort, he looked Grox up and down, not meaning to be judgemental but genuinely shocked a sound he would've otherwise thought came from a puppy had been produced by the dictator. "Was that really you? Huh? You can sound like that?" Froggy's voice sounding a little too degrading for Grox to keep himself straight
"I–" he stammered, his voice dropping any sort of authority, sounding visibly quieter as his breath sped up
"You weren't meant to acknowledge that… I– you– just shut up about this and I'll let you live, alright?" Grox gritted his teeth, grabbing Froggy by the collar to appear intimidating yet from everything that has happened under just a minute he looked far more nervous than fearsome
Froggy couldn't help but sneer at the threat, knowing if he were any regular villager this request would end his life yet plot armour was unbreakable…
"Sure… under one condition though…" his voice lowered to an uneasy volume
Despite Grox being– well, Grox, he let it slide… "What's your deal…" he mumbled, refusing to look at Froggy– wasn't like he could tell either way
Froggy grabbed Grox by the shoulder, pulling him in and making the wither lose his balance, wrapping an arm around his waist, holding him close enough to feel his own breath bounce off Grox's bon– wait he has skin? Actually that's beside the point… Hearing Grox gasp as he grabbed onto Froggy
"I can do whatever I want to you for a hundred days… including sex… hm?" Froggy requested, knowing he were probably pushing every boundary either of them had set and potentially even putting their friendship at risk
Grox swallowed hard, feeling his body heat up from that specific request, normally he would resist such a vulgar request and kill the one who dare make such a request yet he felt himself agreeing, slow nods as he made his decision, "fine… but it doesn't start until tomorrow…" Grox accepted, hands still gripping Froggy's shirt
Froggy didn't argue and instead simply just licked a spot of expose skin, leaving him a small hickey as he moved his lips up to Grox's, it was… weird, despite looking like a regular wither skeleton with maybe just some thicker bones he did have skin, and lips which he parted for Froggy to slip his tongue in
Grox's external body did seems to have a thin layer of flesh and skin, his mouth was surprisingly cold, making Froggy's tongue numb a little, almost giving him a brain freeze as he ran his tongue over the other's teeth, tasting his near-frozen tongue with his clearly warmer one– were nether beings supposed to be this cold? Or was it a side effect of being in the overworld?
Grox tapped Froggy's shoulders with open palms, whining through the kiss as he struggled to breath… "Frog–ghh…" he moaned, trying to catch his breath as Froggy's tongue explored further back into his mouth, curious as to just how cold the man were and how far it went, having the tongue of a frog made it quite easy for him, it were a third of his own size after all and Grox was definitely feeling that third
"Fro–" he gagged, shaking Froggy as Grox felt himself getting light-headed, finally getting Froggy's attentions, shivering as he pulled his tongue out
"Oh– sorry, I didn't mean to get carried away…" Froggy quickly apologized, sheepishly looking away as Grox leaned against him, breathing heavily while he slowly caught his breath
Grox looked up at him already tired from the lack of air and slightly disoriented and just smiled, leaning his head up to kiss his cheek, "Save that tongue for tomorrow… I wanna see how well you can use it…" he slowly panted
Froggy's face flushed with the thought of that implication… who knows if they shared the same thought
"I'll see you tomorrow," Grox pushed himself off him, still panting yet having managed to get a steady breath, not giving Froggy a second thought before turning around
"Yeah… see you tomorrow… lord Grox," Froggy quickly left, worried Baby Villager might've done some dumb shit and made himself a wanted criminal again
"Lord Grox! Are you alright? Did that peasant villager cause any harm to you?" A worried guard called out, noticing how Grox seemed unusually tired
"I'm alright, keep the empire running, imma take a nap," Grox manager to force back that loud and proud voice, still visibly tired yet enough for the guards to calm down
The guards standing near the stairs for the upper room quickly moved as Grox unusually calmly made it up the stairs…
Tomorrow was sure going to be interesting…
