Catra awoke to the sun shining into her eyes and her wife's strong grip on her. Catra rolls over to face Adora. "Morning Catra." Adora says with a gentle and loving look on her face. "Ready for the day, kitten?"
"You bet I am." Catra grins. Adora kisses her forehead.
"We should go get dressed and have breakfast, Entrapta could be arriving any moment now." Adora says as she gets up, followed soon by Catra.
"Adora, could you, maybe, brush my hair?" Catra asks with a meek voice.
"Of course, come here." Adora commands her, as she starts gently brushing her hair, which has grown longer over the past few months. "I love you." Adora whispers; she knows how special today is for Catra, which makes it special to her too. After gently taking care of her wife and exchanging a few more kisses in between, they finally make their way to breakfast, where Adora fills her plate to the brim as usual.

Entrapta arrives at Bright Moon not long before noon, where Adora and Catra greet her and guide her back to their room to get started. "So Entrapta, what do you have for us?" Catra asks as Entrapta puts all her stuff down.
"Ahh this is so exciting. It took a while to put this together and make sure it's safe, but based on my findings, I managed to convert natural resources to mimic hormones found in our bodies, so-" she starts rambling.
"Yes, yes, but can we please get down to business?" Catra snaps.
"Yes, of course! So it took a while for me to understand what we are dealing with fully, and I had Perfuma help me with this since she knows so much about this topic, but I managed to create these pills which you need to take 1 of daily. Other than that you need to have an injection once a week to replace those hormones with feminizing ones."
Catra's eyes widened. "What? Why?" Her tail was getting a little fluffed up.
"Welllll giving these medications orally could cause damage to your liver over time. Besides, injections should be pretty painless; you'll be fine!" Entrapta clarified.
Sensing Catra's discomfort, Adora speaks up. "Catra, you'll be okay, I'm here."
At that Catra eases a little and gives a nod to Entrapta to move on. Adora guides her to sit down on their bed.
"Okay, so, would you mind lifting your shorts a littleee so I have better access to your thighs?" Entrapta instructs. "I'd also like to shave the area since you have quite a lot of fur and I need to properly disinfect it."
Catra quietly nods. Letting Entrapta shave a small square of fur off. Adora also gets closer and grabs onto Catra's hand to comfort her.
"I'm going to explain how to do this in a proper and smooth way, so pay close attention. We start by disinfecting the area so it's clean for the
needle to penetrate the skin. Next, we draw out the medication from the vial like this, we'll use precisely 0.15 mL each time. Now the next part is where we do the injection, if done correctly, it shouldn't be too painful." Entrapta assures.
"See that bevel on the needle? We want to keep that pointed upwards, and go in with a straight angle, like this." She points with her finger. "Now we want to spread the skin apart, and you'll feel a little sting in 3, 2, 1.." She warns as she pushes the needle through and slowly empties the fluid into Catra. Earning her a hiss in response.
Adora gently rubs Catra's back to soothe her. "Good girl." She whispers as Entrapta puts a bandaid on.
"That was it! You only gotta do that once a week, it will, however take a while for effects to show up, so you do have to be patient. Also remember to never use the same needle twice!"
"Thanks, Entrapta." Catra happily responds.
"Any other questions? I'd be happy to answer!" Entrapta gleams.
"No, I'm good for now, but really, thank you." The magicat smiles.
"Then I'll swiftly make my exit and see you in a couple of months, byeeee." Entrapta says as she departs.
Adora rubs her wife's back. "How do you feel?"
"Good." Catra replies.
"You were pretty nervous there. If you want, I'll help you with them next time." She offers.
"That would be really great." Catra hugs her.
Adora smiles. "Let's go tell Glimmer and bow."

Adora knocks on the door of Glimmer and Bow's room with Catra occupying her other hand.
"Come in." Glimmer answers.
"Oh, hey Adora, Catra!" Bow chimes in. "What's up?"
"I've officially started treatment." Catra says with a genuine smile.
Bow and Glimmer simultaneously yelled "Congratulations!" at that and ran in for a group hug, which Catra didn't really like, but she allowed it to happen this time. "So, how did it go? I see your thigh has a bald spot now." Bow mentions.
"I need to have a shot once a week, Entrapta says this is more hygienic or whatever." Catra rolls her eyes. "But I don't really care as long as it works."
"You know, we could all go shopping together to celebrate; it would be a fun trip." Glimmer offers.
"Yeah, Catra, it is time to extend your wardrobe a little." Adora fills in.
"Yeah, I guess, let's do that." Catra says.

It’s late by the time Adora and Catra return to their room. The sun now replaced by starlight, and Catra feels well spent, but also content. After years, she is finally getting what she always wanted, that and so much more. After Adora fills up the bath, she takes the bandaid off and strips so she can join her. Gently scrubbing each other clean as they make out a little.
Adora kisses Catra. "I'm so proud of you, you know that?"
"I do, Adora. I love you." Catra replies as she steals another kiss.
