This work is fantasy, it explores the idea that the young Will Graham is genderfluid/gender-non-conforming. He is very comfortable exploring his feminine side and doesn't rule out his more masculine feelings either. This is a confident Will, a sexy Will ;), a Will who is not bound by stereotypes.

For any young people viewing this work who are genderfluid, GNC or feel inspired by this character it would be remiss of me not to remind you ( I know you already know this but...) what we depict here on AO3 is always separate from and unaffected by real life situations. Quicksilver Will is only a fantasy, we cannot be him but we can feel inspired by his confidence in his own body and his own choices.
