Zemo was not caught off guard often. Given his long life and his tendency to have a back-up plan for each and everything in addition to an obsession with meticulous planning, surprises rarely occurred. His plan to unleash Hydra’s prized possession to ultimately divide the Avengers had been solid. But now, standing face to face with the infamous Winter Soldier, Zemo saw or rather smelled the glaring oversight in his plan.
“Ready to comply”, the Winter Soldier growled in Russian. His gaze was unfocused and his face partially obstructed by his long dark hair, but Zemo could still see it. The animal instincts trapped in a human body.
Zemo knew that he should ask for the mission report. That he needed to ask about the bunker location in Siberia. He could not. Because he finally found the last puzzle piece why Hydra had been able to brainwash this man so effectively.

Wednesday immediately straightened up as much as she was able to, her eyes going as wide as possible. “You-,” she stumbled over her words, a rare occurrence. “You knew what you’ve done? You intend to finish this to completion?”
The flowers surrounding her on both sides of the bed she was on and all their meanings immediately flashed through her mind. He was serious.
Lilith be damned he was serious.
Tyler bared his sharp canines at her in threat. “Oh trust me cockroach we’ll be finish to completion,” he reached out and grabbed one of her braids to toy with the end of it.
The affectionate gesture collided with his crude innuendo making Wednesday's head spin. The head injury probably didn’t help.
