   Summary

When Zemo offered Bucky to Selby, Bucky realised that Zemo must have gotten information on the Winter Soldier's “alternative uses” as well. Bucky confronts him about it and is surprised to receive compassion and an offer in return: help him reclaim his sexuality.
Bucky declines initially but when they meet again four years later, as Zemo gets out on parole from the Raft, and Bucky has struggled with intimacy, he takes Zemo up on the offer.
